מיקום מעולה. ארוחת בוקר נמצאת בשטח המלון. על הים. חדר מעוצב יפה

תחזוקה ירודה, חורים בקירות, חלונות שבורים, גשם ירד ומים נכנסו לחדר, רטיבות באמבטיה, ספות וכריות מלוכלכות ובמצב רע, לא הרגיש נקי.
כשאמרתי לבעל המלון על החלונות (שנפתחו לנו באמצע הלילה מהרוח והגשם והחדר נרטב) הוא אמר ״זאת עכו מה לעשות״ ודיי ניסה להשתיק את התלונה שלי.

Amazing stay inside a historic city. Rooms walls, decor and location.
The breakfast and bar on rooftop was magnificent view over water.

I enjoyed everything from coffee at lobby, relaxing on roof at night after a world class dinner 2 bl9cks away. Breakfast with a view. Shops 1 min away. Ocean sounds and breeze.

Outstanding ambience and history with great service and facilities!
Pros:

Great ambiance and service, the physical layout of each room is in the old city with the historical architecture! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable with service and diner recommendations! The breakfast is outstanding and authentic on a picturesque roof top restaurant and bar! Bar staff at night is very friendly! The city itself is an awesome experience and well done historically for tours, food, and hotel stays!

כשהגענו העובד בקבלה שאל אותנו אם נרצה לשדרג לחדר עם מרפסת ונוף לים. ומזל ששדרגו אותנו כי החדר המקורי שהזמנו הרגיש קצת אפלולי ולא נעים.

מבנה המלון בסמטאות העיר העתיקה, הסמטאות מוזנחות ומלוכלכות ולא נעים להתהלך בהם.
