Solid accommodations
Pros:

Comfortable stay... not a 5 stat accommodation but it is very solid ... excellent locations... few steps from the beach and block from the strip. Some of the facilities are outdated, but decent property... decorations are nice and communication was solid.

Pros:

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. The location is great being a block to the beach and a block to avenida quinta.
Good property but can use a few improvements in offering more things as their neighboring properties are providing more options and incentives.

The Suite was great but the hotel looks like it was under construction. Elevator wasn’t working, fountains were empty the whole week we were there and there were restoration at the lobby.

Quise comunicarme varias veces con algún representante de playa moments y nunca se comunicaron. Se nos olvidó una maleta en el departamento y quisimos contactarlos para que nos ayudaran a recuperarla y nunca quisieron contestarnos ni llamadas ni mensajes. La limpieza era pésima, no eran para lavar un traste. Horroroso!!!

Ikke bestill hos Playa Moments

Aldea Thai er et leilighetskompleks og ikke et hotel! Flere tilbyr utleie her og et av disse selskaper er Plata monebts. Playa moments bryr seg ikke om sine gjester. Vi fikk et rom hvor det kun var en dør mellom rommene og vi hørte hver minste lyd, spesielt ettersom det var fest i naborommet de første 3 nettene av oppholdet. Vi sendte klager til Playa Moments på mail, men disse ble ikke besvart. De tok heller ikke telefonen når vi ringte, men svarte kun når resepsjonisten ringte. Bo gjerne på Aldea Thai, men ikke bestill oppholdet hos playa moments

Stay anywhere but here!!!
Pros:

The hotel was extremely run down. The mirrors had black paint splattered all over them. The sink in the bathroom leaked all over the bathroom floor when running. The tub had mold all around it’s edges. The pictures online are clearly very very old. The beautiful fountains were drained and filthy. The employees working there were not friendly. Our ocean view room was blocked by scaffolding and men painting. But i would say the worst part was that at 11:00 on the dot they send someone to your room to wait in there with you waiting for you to check out. Not once were we asked how our stay was or if we had a nice vacation. The guy came in to count towels and look over the extremely previously damaged apartment and not once asked how the trip was. It took 2 hours to check in as the first 3 apartments we were shown were in even worse condition then the one we finally stayed in. I’m not the type of person to write reviews ever but in this case I’ve been going to Playa for over 15 years and never stayed somewhere so run down and treated so horribly.

Nice and good location
Pros:

nice apartment with the privet pool, good location, every two days cleaning service use to come and change towels and fix the beds.
the only problem was the toilet flash was terrible, terrible and more TERRIBLE i become the plumber and add to fix it after every use handy men try to fix it but no luck.
kitchen was good but no stove as they say.
nice 3 smarts TV
beautiful back yard with a privet pool but very cold water if water was heated then we could use it.
bed's was not the best.
staff was OK

TOO NOISY!!
Pros:

Constant construction noise all day long! There was a bar an restaurant below my room open till 3am every day!!!!!!!!!!!! Loud neighbors next door an walls paper thin!!

Perfect Playa condo
Pros:

Place was beautiful, and in a great location. It was exactly what we needed for our family, and we would recommend it highly to anyone staying in Playa del Carmen. Only very slight negative was the seemingly random closing time of the swim-up bar at the pool. Not a big deal - just one night we were counting on a drink and snacks for the kids, and had to go put a shirt on and walk 50 metres. If that's the biggest complaint, you know things are great - and they were great!
