Prachtig vijfsterrenhotel op een toplocatie aan het strand. De accommodatie was uitstekend verzorgd, superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het all-inclusive concept was goed geregeld, het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gastvrij, en zowel het zwembad als het privéstrand waren perfect om te ontspannen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Le jour où on et arriver . Le repas pas de choix 3/4 plat et pleins de salade . Et sur les 3/4 plat la moitié étais vide ils a fallu que ma femme demande au chef que sa sois remplis . Sans sa ils allée pas remplir mes le 2 eme jours étais une belle surprise du choix dommage que la plage et pas privatiser et qu’on et dû payer 150 dh pour être devant la mer ! De plus il étais agressif le Mr qui vendez sa et a aucun moment c’est écris pour les clients que devant c’est payant et derrière sa appartient a l’hôtel dommage . ( sa a crée une dispute et on a du payer ) après les employers on étais très réactif la sécurité. C’est déplacer on a échanger avec le responsable de secteur très aimable et commercial merci a lui

Ça vaut tout juste un 3 Étoiles
Pros:

Le personnel de restauration était très serviable et disponible. Mouad le chargé de clientèle très professionnel et réactif. La chambre est spacieuse. La nourriture est correcte. Les jardins sont très beaux et bien entretenus.

Cons:

Le manque d’hygiène dans les chambres( poils dans la douche, insecte écrasé sur le carrelage) la réception pas du tout réactive. L’état dégradé de l’établissement. La clientèle qui n’a aucun savoir être (la guerre au buffet). Les piscines sont très jolie mais le manque d’hygiène fait qu’elle devient trouble à partir de 14h.

Relación calidad-precio muy mala.
Pros:

Por decir algo positivo la cama y las almohadas son cómodas y la comida aunque no hay mucha variedad dentro del contexto de que es un buffet estaba buena.

Cons:

El hotel no merece nada la pena por el precio que se paga, habitaciones muy sucias, la alfombra que hay llena de migas y basura por qué las limpiadoras no van con aspirador además de que se nota que limpian muy rápido. El wifi es pésimo, en mi habitación llegaba una linea y se cortaba cada dos por tres. La animación en la piscina deja mucho que desear en comparación a otros hoteles. No tiene zona reservada en la playa y si la tienen no está en primera linea de playa si no muy por detrás. La tarjeta nos dejó de funcionar un par de veces de un día para otro sin más. Las comparaciones son odiosas pero habiendo ido al iberoestar que está al lado esto no tiene nada que ver.

Het hotel was erg smerig en slecht onderhouden. De lift was regelmatig buiten werking, de badkamer was vervallen en meerdere kranen waren kapot. Daarnaast kregen we te weinig handdoeken en de handdoeken die er wel waren, waren oud en versleten.
Wij hadden all-inclusivegeboekt, maar het eten was zeer beperkt. Er was voortdurend te weinig keuze en regelmatig waren borden, glazen en bestek op. Het leek alsof hier bewust op werd bezuinigd om kosten te besparen

De algehele staat van het hotel was ver onder de maat. De service, hygiëne, faciliteiten en kwaliteit voldeden totaal niet aan wat je van een 5-sterrenhotel mag verwachten.
Wij raden dit hotel dan ook absoluut niet aan.
