Been so excited to visit this hotel with a first holiday with a new baby, we requested a cot for my 6 months baby but when we arrived wasn’t ready and we had to wait for hours for it, we stayed in the room on the top floor witch has no lift, I had so Cary the buggy up and Dow all the time we go to the room, ones I was coming downstairs with the baby and the floor was wet with not wet sign, we nearly fell the stairs me and my baby, the bar shut at 06.00 pm and the other bar open until 07.00 pm so we couldn’t get a drinks for an hour witch we paid for everything Inclusive.

De kamer en andere faciliteiten, er was geen mini bar en geen koffie en thee op de kamer wat wel op de site stond. Verder was de fitness, kidsclub en spa gesloten. Deze waren helemaal verpauper, veel achterstallige onderhoud. Verder waren ze niet duidelijk over de stand faciliteiten, ik zal dit nooit meer doen en iedereen afraden.

On nous sert le café et les viennoiseries beaucoup plus tard..donc le café et froid...il faudrait servir tout en même temps c'est à eu d'organiser en sachant que l'on va descendre prends notre déjeuner.
