Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und alles sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Aber das steht so in der Beschreibung, der Fehler, nicht darauf zu achten, lag also auf unserer Seite.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly lovely, helpful and competent! The room was very clean and minimalistic - which I love as I don’t feel like I’m forgetting anything when I leave. Hotel in a great location - close to two major train lines.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay with wonderful attention to guests’ safety and comfort.
Pros:

Everything was great! The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the hotel was very well maintained. What I appreciated the most was how the staff handled the earthquake during our stay. They made a general announcement throughout the hotel, which was very reassuring and helped us feel much calmer and safer. It was a small but very thoughtful detail that I really appreciated.

赤坂駅からすぐそばですが静かに過ごせますよ
Pros:

フロントスタッフの皆様が24時間丁寧に対応して頂きました。
翌朝のチェックイン前に自宅へ荷物を届けたく、深夜にも関わらず終始和かで救われる思いでした。
本当に助かりました。
電子タバコ専用の喫煙所が１階にあり、空調も効かせて匂い対策が万全でした。
朝食ビュッフェも充実していて美味しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋は申し分なく綺麗でした。
1つだけ、シャワーカーテンに匂いがあったのだけが残念でした。
全てのお部屋では無いと思います。

Bel emplacement mais confort moyen!
Pros:

Mon quartier préféré pour dormir à Tokyo est Akasaka. L’hôtel est près des lignes de metro et de nombreux bons restaurants.

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites et les lits sont durs.

Pros:

Lokacija- zelo blizu metro postaje Akasaka, tako da se z lahkoto pripeljes s podzemno od letalisca, kraj Akasaka res lep, ni tega vrveza. Takoj ob hotelu trgovina z zivili, veliko je restavracij. Vso perilo smo oprali v hotelu, vse deluje brezhibno in enostavno za uporabo. Osebje zelo prijazno.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay!

The room was small, as is common in Tokyo, but it was very functional, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, and fresh towels were provided every day.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Tokyo!

Cons:

I would have appreciated having a room where regular cigarettes are allowed, or even just a designated outdoor smoking area.

Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias y algunos extra que me sorprendieron gratamente: hasta un masajeador de pies (tras un día de mucha caminata sienta increíble), secador de pelo, cargador con varios adaptadores, etc.
La ubicación era muy buena, tranquila y con bares y restaurantes buenos cerca. Un poco lejos del centro, pero ya va bien!
