A great location
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to two metro lines, convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
Even though there is a construction in front of the hotel, we never heard a noise.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful.
The rooms have clearly been renovated, so they look new and clean.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, as well as the quilt used.

Pros:

4.5/5 AWESOME HOTEL!! VERY GOOD LOCATION. NOT VERY PRICEY BUT VERY GOOD HOSPITALITY AND SERVICES. SWEETEST STAFF. AKASAKA, FOR ME IS THE BEST LOCALITY TO STAY IN TOKYO. VERY NEAR TO SO MANY PLACES. LAWSON 2 MINS AWAY, FAMILY MART AND 7 ELEVEN 5 MINS AWAY. HARRY POTTER THEMED STATION!! AND SO MUCH MORE!

Pros:

Czysto, śniadania ok. Mały bufet ale każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie. Lokalozacja.

Cons:

Obsługa na recepcji zróżnicowana, Uprzejmi ale z czymś poza standard check-in bywa już trudno.
Pokoje bardzo małe ale wygodne.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr sowie vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack eher hart. Das Badezimmer war recht klein und hatte einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Ansonsten gab es keine grösseren Kritikpunkte.

Pros:

It is very close to subway stations and shops and restaurants. We also liked that the room had a table with chairs.

Cons:

The staff were friendly but what a couple of them said was different from another and it was confusing and disappointing.

Safe location perfect for solo traveling and friendly staff throughout the facility.
Pros:

All the staff were very kind from the start to the end. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were top notch and always at your service. Everything was well kept and very safe location.
