Great location
Beds were uncomfortable, rooms are small (unsurprising)
1) The room was clean; 2) There are many different konbinis around the hotel, so there’s plenty of choice
1) The room was extremely small; 2) The staff spoke very basic English (it was difficult to communicate: speaking fluent English is mandatory if you work at a hotel); 3) Before our stay, we were told there could be noisy construction works in the facility between 10am and 3pm: however the whole neighbourhood is full of construction sites outside of the facility, so we heard noisy works in the evening as well coming from other sites; 4) We were required to pay 4400 yen to check-in at 2pm: I don’t think a customer should be required to pay a similar amount for such a simple request; 5) The hotel is close to Akasaka Station (whose only subway line is the Chiyoda Line), however during our previous stays in Tokyo we usually stayed at hotels near stations with Ginza Line, which I think is more convenient

In a good location. Modern interior, TV had streaming services. Staff were lovely.
Mattress and pillows were quite stiff and uncomfortable.
Great location, really easy to access the heart of Akasaka, which is a pretty eventful neighborhood

Habitació insonoritzada, molt tranquila tot i haver hi obres al devant (no les vam sentir). Mobiliari nou i molt ben aprofitat.
