Good value for money
Pros:

Nice staff, comfortable, big bed, good location. We had everything what we needed for two nights.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't the best and the room became a bit too bright in the morning but for what we paid we cannot complain.

Pros:

I did like the staffs very friendly and kind. Really helpful. The Air Conditioner really helps for the hot weather. Room is clean.

Cons:

I did not like the sink/wastafel, it was dirty with yellow fleck and the bathroom also, there was water came behind the toilet, dont know what kind of water. Somehow i found some small insects in bathroom or around the sink/wastafel.

Maintainence and cleaning in the kitchen is really important
Pros:

Room was quite spacious and big.
Bathroom was big as well.
Pool was clean and big.

Cons:

As i mentioned already property was quite and spacious. But it really needs maintainence and cleaning, specially in the kitchen.
All the facilities in kitchen appliances were rusty ( fan, oven, fridge, gas and utensils)
Kitchen was very dirty( drawers have mouse poo and very smelly) Kitchen sink was very dirty.
Tap in kitchen sink and shower was leaking from the side. When i told to them about these issues they fix kitchen tap and shower next day. Soap dispenser was broken and hanging.
They accept it and said sorry it couldnt meet your expectations then they give us complementry breakfast next day.
It was not same as in pictures from cleaning point of view.
I am going to attach photos as well.

Pros:

The swimming pool. Good location. Quiet away from the main road but some building works were going on next door but not the hotels fault.

Cons:

There was a large room/cupboard inside the room we thought was great to put luggage in but it had loads of small midges/ants inside so didn't use it.
The cupboards under the sink smelt of mould.
The shower sprayed out to the back of the shower instead of on top of you and couldn't be adjusted. No hand towel.

The toilet kept breaking but it was ok as I knew how to fix it without hassling the staff

Le problème est que actuellement. Il yas des travaux. Juste dans. La villa en face Beaucoup de bruit À cause ce cela. Et ça enlève. Le calme et la quiétude sur on pourrait avoir. Les personnes. Que refont cette villa ne prenne pas conscience qu’il. As des clients dans. L hôtel. Entre le bruit des machines. Et les cris. Eh leur. Musique. Forte. Très désagréable. Pour cet hôtel qui est. Très bien. Très dommage.

Si je dois revenir sur Semilla, sans aucune hésitation, je retournais dans ce même hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très sympathique et surtout très bien placé . le petit déjeuner était excellent .

Pour le prix c étais parfait

Cons:

Les odeurs dans la douche, le bruit d’un moteur qui se met en route toutes les 60 secondes et ce 24/24. La literie qui est vraiment vétuste. Il aurait été préférable de ne pas regarder l’état du matelas. On aurait mieux dormi…..

Pros:

Chambre et terrasse bien agencées et spacieuses. Bien explosé au soleil toute la journée. Ménage fait tous les jours. Mention spéciale pour la superbe piscine et ses transats.

Cons:

La climatisation n’était pas très efficace. Le logement est situé au bout d’une longue allée étroite pour les voitures.

Sweet little place and EXCELLENT value for money
Pros:

for $50, this place far exceeded our expectations. the room was lovely and neat and the staff were wonderful

we had some ants in our room & it is quite far from the main road
