出張に使うには問題ないです。
Pros:

大浴場のお湯が温泉なのは良かった。また古いこともあり、ホテルには良くないですが人が少なくて出張で使うには問題ありません。

Cons:

コインランドリーがない。エアコンが強・中・弱しかなく、温度調節ができない。wifiも時間帯なのか、電波が悪くなることがある。

Pros:

駅から近く、ラグーナテンボスへのアクセスも良かったです。周辺にはコインランドリーや飲食店、ドラッグストアなどもあり、滞在中の買い物や食事にも困らず、とても便利な立地でした。

Cons:

コインランドリーは少しにおいや清潔感が気になり、今回は利用を控えました。もう少し清掃面が改善されると、より利用しやすいと思います。

値段とロケーションは良い。ただ快適さと値段が据え置きと言える。
Pros:

駅から近くて、周辺に飲食店も多い店は魅力的
鍵がオートロックで、部屋も広い。その上、朝食もついて一万切るくらいなのは良かった

Cons:

ただ、電気周りが不便だった。
カードキーによって主電源のオンオフを切り替えている仕組みなのだが、これが良くない。
部屋の電気とこれが直結しており、部屋の電気を消すにはカードを抜かなければならない。
しかし、そうするとエアコンやコンセントが使えなくなる。そのため、寝ながら冷暖房を使用したり就寝中の充電は不可能となる。当然、冷蔵庫も使えない。
ランプがあるが、電気を消すと、コンセントが使えないので点かないため、なんのためのランプが分からない。この点は、宿泊する上で不便だと感じた。

良くも悪くもといった感じ

宿泊人が少ないこと　清掃のおばさん（日本人）は愛想◎

Cons:

清掃員が外人　コインランドリーの有無を確認したが外人から『無い』っと言われる（紙で通路の奥にあると張り出しがあったがわかりづらい）　変な匂いがする　休館は変な匂いがする
