受付左側のエレベーター横をもう少し整理、整頓したほうが印象が良くなると思います。

Pros:

古い感じはあるけれど、お部屋のお掃除は綺麗にされていると思うので、価格から考えるととても良いかも

Cons:

施設内の匂いが気になった臭いわけではないのですが、芳香剤と何かが混ざっているような、しばらくすると気にならなくなったので、気にならない人もいると思う
カーテンや掛け布団は少し汚れが気になりました

お値段なりの施設でした

お値段に見合った宿泊でした
Pros:

部屋の入り口が広かった　3人での宿泊だがベットも部屋も過ごしやすい広さがあった
海側は三河湾　山側は新幹線が見れて子も喜んでいました

Cons:

建物が古いのは仕方ない　料金も安いので納得できるが
レストランちかくのお手洗いの床、便座が汚かった
掃除を丁寧にしてくださったらもっと快適です
部屋のお手洗いの便器も同様です
