コストパフォーマンスが良い
Pros:

お手頃の室料だったのに、ベッドが良かったのと、プラズマクラスターの空気清浄機、電子レンジがついていた　スタッフは日本の方ではなかったけど親切で感じ良かった

Cons:

アパートのように、各部屋に外廊下から入る構造の建物で、エレベーター降りてから寒かった

War nett, es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Pros:

Wir brauchten für eine Nacht eine schnelle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Die junge Dame am Empfang hat uns sehr gut geholfen.

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber eine Verstaumöglichkeit für die Koffer wäre schön gewesen.

Pros:

It's only a couple stops from Tokyo station and several lines go through this area. It's very convenient to get around the city. The microwave in the room was great. There's both a 7-11 and a Lawson at the intersection. Staff was friendly and helped me get checked in. Checking out took less than a minute. Cons: There's only one small elevator and the bathroom is tiny if you're over 5 feet.

Great location for the price
Pros:

Amazing location, near two metro stations on major lines, very close to Tokyo station and a Lawson (convenience store). This was my fourth time staying here. It's always clean and I was able to check in a little earlier than usual. I could also opt for late check out for only 1000 yen, other hotels in Tokyo charge a little more.

Cons:

No phone in the bedroom, so I couldn't reach the front desk without leaving my room.

Staff’s body odor, cleanliness, bugs inside the room, the restroom has a foul smell, faulty air conditioning we need to transfer to a different room
