The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Having to take two elevators to get to the room was a bit strange.

Staff and management were exceptional. Clean and comfortable room with a super comfy bed. Great position, easy to access tram or train or even an easy walk to CBD. Only a short stroll to Queen Victoria markets.

進入房間，電視在播放Jazz音樂，這一點很符合這家以Jazz為主題的住宿。
房間空間不算小，有足夠位置放2個大行李箱。
房間整體整潔有序。有廚房而且有基本的餐具及廚具，以及洗碗碟機，不過我們這次沒有用上，無法評價。
有陽台，城市景色不錯，可以看到一小片海。
值得一讚的是，有獨立的洗衣機及乾衣機，清洗速度快，乾衣速度很快，是排風式乾衣機，所以烘乾效果很好，乾衣時要記得打開櫃門不然就會濕一片喔。這對於連續住宿非常有用，可以省下外出洗衣乾衣的時間。
住宿地點在Free Tram Zone，樓下就有Tram Station，旁邊就是Flagstaff Garden，地點很棒。不過地勢處於高點，如果是走路回去住宿處會比較累，坐電車會省力一點，但要遷就班次時間。
另外，樓下有City Mart，可以應急用，不過價格不算便宜。還有小黃屋 Chemist Warehouse，買藥妝很方便。
酒店有健身室，有基本的健身設備，不過重訓類的比較少，人多的時候會要等待一下。
Wifi 連線不穩定，不過跟櫃台說過之後，有改善。
洗手間裡的Hand wash剛好用完了，跟櫃台反映後，也有提供小瓶裝的替代使用。
住宿點附近餐廳比較少，但也只是走一兩條街就有更多的餐廳或是Cafe，可以接受。
房裡的餐桌若果可以更大一點就好了，畢竟有廚房的話那個桌子有點小了。
浴室花灑水壓比較弱一點。
長期連續住宿的話，不包含清潔，這一點可能要注意。

I was surprised that the security deposit had been significantly increased to $100 as it was only $1 when I stayed previously. It was quite late when I checked in and I was looking forward to getting a big sleep in but unfortunately this increase meant that I was unable to afford the onsite parking and had to wake earlier to move my car to ensure I did not get an infringement from having parked on the street.
I also wanted to make a suggestion as I was a bit put off from eating my breakfast after I overheard a discussion that a staff member was having to what seemed like a new employee, telling him about some concerning about the way milk is kept and other food handling processes in your kitchen. I was shocked to hear him say that the milk doesn’t get thrown out as it is good for years as long as you refrigerate. More training maybe needed for your staff around safe food handling and also about being mindful about what can be overheard by guests.
From the central location to the fantastic view, it was the perfect place to holiday. Spacious, with the park and markets right there, it made for a perfect Melbourne base.

We booked a top floor room with a small balcony and superb views of the city and river. Nice location on the gardens. Great jazz club. We loved our night out there.
Bathroom is small. Lifts very busy with live in residents.
The staff were very helpful and understanding of my circumstances and very accomodating
