Great choice
Pros:

Great vibe. Super friendly and efficient staff. Great location

Cons:

No minibar and onsite bar seemed to always be closed but has room service. Suggested good coffee for breakfast nearby

Very comfortable and clean
Pros:

Bed was wonderful. Great room as a whole. Good sized milk for coffee. Really good curtains if you want to sleep in as they keep room dark. Close to train, tram, Queen vic market and city centre

Cons:

Bottom sheet didn't fit well.

happy to stay next time I'm in town

space in room. helpful staff

Cons:

a lot of lights to be put out. the bedside lights were unstable on their stands and flickered when I got into/moved in bed so I needed to turn both of them off at the switch and used the overhead light for reading

Cons:

The lift situation is really confusing, especially with the hotel next door. The staff didnt realise we had booked carparks and tried to say we didnt.
