Pros:

The views were fabulous. We appreciated having a balcony. The soundproofing was excellent and the bed huge and super comfortable.
A wonderful stay!

Cons:

A few instructions on how to use the air conditioning would have helped. Maybe a little info booklet about the facilities and the jazz bar would have been good.

Wonderful comfortable oasis in perfect location
Pros:

Avani is a great place to stay and from which to see Melbourne and all it has to offer. Its so well located and easy to go in and out of. The staff are second to none and that makes all the difference ☺️

Cons:

nothing much really. Nothing important anyway. I would like to have understood housekeeping maybe, because sometimes they'd come in the mid morning before I'd left but other days not at all.

The counter staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Two woman at the front desk were very helpful. Both helped with a variety of questions concerning directions and luggage.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Zimmer sind hervorragend. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon hatte einen Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Haus. Mit Aufpreis haben wir dann ein klasse Zimmer mit traumhafter Skyline über die Stadt bekommen.

The location, facilities, cleanliness and comfort of Avani Jazz was fantastic. All staff were super helpful and friendly. A special mention to Angel on the reception desk who went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again.
