พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้ม ทักทาย พูดคุย ให้การต้อนรับดี สภาพห้องค่อนข้างมืด ไฟสลัวๆ ไม่ค่อยสว่าง ไม่เก็บเสียง ถ้าต้องการแต่งหน้า ก็จะดูยากหน่อย เพราะแสงไฟไม่สว่างเพียงพอ อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่จ่าย ในหลักพัน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกควรจะมากกว่านี้ ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ผ้าเช็ดตัว หมองๆ ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ ห้องน้ำ มีแก้วน้ำ มีสบู่ แชมพูให้ แต่ไม่มีแปรงกับยาสีฟัน ที่ปกติโรงแรมหลายๆ ที่ควรจะมี มีน้ำอุ่นน้ำเย็น มีกระติกน้ำร้อนให้ โดยรวมพอใช้ ไม่ถึงกับดี แต่ถามว่าความคุ้มค่า ไม่คุ้มกับเงินที่เสียไปเท่าไหร่ เพราะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่คิดว่าเราคาเท่านี้ควรจะมีกลับไม่มี ที่จอดรถ มียามดูแล แต่ไม่มีความช่วยเหลือจากยามถ้าจะถอยรถออก หรือเอารถเข้าจอด มีแต่ชี้ว่าจอดตรงไหน แล้วก็ไปเอาเอง ไม่ค่อยใส่ใจลูกค้าด้านนี้เท่าไหร่ จะรอดูการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงนะคะ แต่ถ้าการบริการแค่นี้ คิดว่าค่าห้องแพงเกินนะจ๊ะ
