Avani+ Luang Prabang Hotel

I stayed at the property before and it is definitely my go to place in Luang Prabang. Location, grounds, and property are serene and easy for walking everywhere.

5 star in all aspects.

My husband and I experienced such a lovely stay during our time in Luang Prabang!! The service was top notch! Our driver, Por picked us up from the airport and we had the pleasure of having him during our waterfall excursion and again at the end of our stay.

Great walkable location to everything and there’s always shuttle service if you’d prefer. We felt very safe the entire time and the stray dogs we came across during our morning runs were all docile.

All of the receptionists were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nina did a wonderful job assisting us with our many requests and spoke perfect English. Grace and Lena also did a great job assisting during our stay.

Our room was spacious and kept very tidy. The beds were definitely very firm but pillows nice and comfortable. Our favorite part was the large balcony (room 236).

The gym was very nice and had clean functional equipment. I just wish it opened much earlier than 7am as I am someone who routinely works out at 5am.

Restaurant on site was very good and service was excellent.
Highly recommend the sunset dinner and/or canapé! My husband loved it so much we went every night!

We stayed 4 nights at Avani+ hotel in Luang Prabang. The hotel is in the best location of this UNESCO town, walking distance to great restaurants and historic sites. This hotel is beautiful and high quality with nice and clean room. All staffs are super nice, went beyond their duties for taking care all of our needs!! Special thanks to Ms Tingling, Ms Sunny, Ms Ajoun, Ms Asri, Mr Baht and Ms Por for their hospitalities, accommodations, great recommendations and arrangements for restaurants/food and every little details for this memorial trip, also great service from breakfast team and special thanks to Mr Jiayia and Mr. Khan. We loved the buggy rides the hotel provided, a transportation to close by places. A well-deserved 5 Stars hotel. Hope we will see you next time.

Breakfast, fitness center, location, staff.

Everything was perfect — the room, the breakfast, and the overall atmosphere were wonderful. Although we encountered an issue that caused some discomfort during the transfer back to the airport, the hotel listened carefully, handled the situation professionally, and resolved it with appropriate compensation. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely love to return again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 110. What pleasure this hotel is. The room was super, the bed very comfortable with great amenities like a separate shower and toilet, great toiletries. We only had breakfast at the hotel as dinner was pre-arranged for us elsewhere but the breakfasts were brilliant, with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent, staff all friendly, welcoming, did a great job. Location, one of main reasons we chose the hotel, was excellent, Literally beside the 'night market' with great food options and very short walk to riverside.
Room attractive, comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

This hotel is cute. But it has a lot of things that don’t work.
The bed is super soft and very uncomfortable.
The night stands don’t have a connection to connect things next to you .
The AC is not very good we tried different rooms and none of them were cold.And some of them smell real bad as well as the spa .
The truth is I don’t recommend to come to Laos at all we cut it short because there is nothing to do . It’s also very dirty.

The best value of the hotel is the staff, with Tingling the most engaged person to help us in different issues. Many thanks

As a family of 4 adults we loved this hotel. The service and condition of the hotel are outstanding. We thought the food at the hotel was excellent and better than what we had outside the hotel. The excursions we booked were excellent - trip to cave, trip to waterfall, historic city tour and a sunset cruise. We really enjoyed the morning as giving. We would highly recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to the entire staff and Bot and Lily, in particular. The entire experience was just perfect (honestly!) and we cannot wait to return.
