Hotel Aira

Awful experience. The room Wifi was not working. The bathroom had only one towel and no toilet paper upon entry. The room smelled of cigarettes. I left the hotel after 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Hotel management did not approve it.

The room was nice and comfortable. Lots of hot water. The breakfast was tasty. The only issue was they couldn’t find my booking when we arrived.

Though I reserved 3 weeks ago and paid, they gave my room to others and said they can’t find my reservation. They said they wanted me to go different hotel at 2am , then manipulated to find a room . It took almost an hour waiting at 2 am and terrible service

Staff is friendly and helpful, service is top notch.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Laundry and room setvice were good. Replacements of toiletries was sub-optimal. Lighting especially in the bathroom was sub-optimal for shaving etc.

Food was very good. Wifi was inconsistent, and not dependable. Bathroom lighting was sub-optimal, and water drainage was a problem. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Operating TV remote needs special expertise. Help was not prompt, when requested. Limited staff were trying to work hard. They were courteous.

Hotel is at good location but it is very congested. Rooms are small. Lighting is very dull.

Complementary upgrade to superior class room made stay conformable .

It's a very good stay for families undoubtedly as all the shopping is nearby..Food is good but the only thing needs to be corrected is the bathroom fittings..It's very conjusted..

Not many options available compertily it is overly priced and not many options available.

It's OK fine, but little more spacious in room, and mainly need restaurant service thats very bad, I do understand because of Covid situation, please now all settled pls as soon as possible arrange

I enjoyed my stay very much. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was not able to use the wifi because it was not secure, but I had a friend with a hot spot...so it worked out ok. The only thing I had a bit of a problem with was the burning of incense since I have asthma issues with smoke. But I just left the area and it was ok.

Hotel Aira located in the business center of Benz Circle, Vijayawada is strategically located. The hotel room is spacious and clean to live in. Food in the Avista restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. The daily room service also exceeded my expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at Hoel Aira.

Excellent staff and very good service. The hotel location in the middle of other fast food and other joints is a drawback.
