The pool was not at the hotel, breakfast was limited and rooms could get a renovation.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Nearby you can find small food-stands for dinner

Hôtel proche de l'aéroport qui nous a permis de nous reposer apres de longues heures de vols. Hôtel propre, bon petit déjeuner je recommande.

Stay was very pleasant, great staff n customer service.
Doorman was excellent…
But the hotel lacks maintenance..
Old paint work, signs of water leaks all over building.
A lot of patchwork repairs…
I am saying this because I am in the building industry..

For the money vs. value proposition, this was a great stay. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located for our trip!

Overall a very comfortable place to stay though you will need a car.

部屋は綺麗で雰囲気は日本のﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙを少しだけ広くした感じです。　ﾏﾚｰｼｱとしては狭い部類ですね。
ただ出張滞在なら充分でしょう。
ｼｬﾜｰの湯量や清潔さ、排水の流れの配慮なども問題無いです。
ここは工業団地なので夜は交通量が激減してとても静かです。
駐車場は専用の囲まれた場所があるのですが...今は開かなくてﾎﾃﾙそばのｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞﾛｯﾄの駐車場に停めればOKです。
唯一の欠点は冷蔵庫がないので冷えたﾋﾞｰﾙを買い置きできないぐらいですが...そばにｾﾌﾞﾝｲﾚﾌﾞﾝがあるのでまあ許容範囲ですかね。

Comfortable and friendly staff

No toiletries provided when check in. Need to request and only provide toothpastes, toothbrushes and shower caps. No shower gel provided. Facilities such as gym and pools are located off hotel. Need to travel to the club house to use it.

This is a very comfortable and spacious hotel. The hotel is very clean. I took 2 hotel rooms for my family and my parents family. We love it so much

Overall the hotel is ok. Will definitely return again. But bathroom cleanliness can be improve further.
Also the hotel should have a propper working fridge in the room. As for now , the unit they have aint cold at all.

overall about room or services are satisfied..just for the breakfast can upgrade more menu..

今次是在expedia買套票同男朋友住了4晚 酒店地區偏遠 最方便出市區的方法就是call grab到最低的ktm站都要坐大約15分鐘 但等ktm時間都挺耐 數分鐘至半小時 每晚番酒店都必需call grab 都要一個半小時才回到酒店 自駕遊才好選這間酒店
唯一方便就是樓下有24小時kfc、7-11 同bank 床單每日執完都係污糟沒有換過 被單邊黃黃的 間房冇浴袍 酒店會提供沐浴洗頭用品 建議自備 十分不好用 分享完

Breakfast a bit simple. Wifi is fine. Nearby got some western food and malays restaurent. Smooth highway to the hotel
