Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of delicious options and I loved the espresso machine and was happy it was included in the breakfast buffet.

위치가 그나마 젤 나았습니다.

욕실 실리콘에 곰팡이 물때가 많이 끼어있고 가구 가장자리 모서리들이 거의 벗겨져 있더군요. 방이 옆건물과 맞닿아 있어 컴컴했고 커텐도 깔끔해보이지 않았습니다. 로비가 너무 작고 초라해보이더군요.. 크고 작고를 떠나 아늑하고 사랑스런 로비 거능하다고 생각해요.. 투숙객을 환영한다는 느낌이 전혀 없어 보였고 주차타워비 5000원 유료예요. 강남이니까 이해해요.신라호텔과 연관이 없는 호텔인가봐요. 그리고 밥먹으러 정문나서니 왼쪽으로 아예 흠연장소인둣한 곳이 있어요. 정문에서 흡연들을 하다니...

Pros:

Decent location, not too close to the hustle and bustle but still walking distance from many stores and restaurants.
12pm check out was a nice touch.

Cons:

The cleaner binned our bag of souvenirs and gifts. They were in a plastic bag on the table in the room. Not sure why they thought it was rubbish. They couldn't be found and the staff didn't offer anything in compensation for throwing away our belongings.
The air con for whatever reason wasn't able to get the room cooler than 25 degrees.
The fan in the bathroom wasn't strong enough and the bathroom would steam up a LOT. The shower head was also very small and the water pressure was strong but not much water is actually coming out.

Great stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect, very close by to the hive area in Gangnam but yet located in a rather quiet area. The staffs are friendly and speak English quite well. So the check in was very smooth. The breakfast had a rich variety to choose from. Fun to see is they also having ramen station. There is bus stop available, so getting there from the airport is rather convinient.

Cons:

The facility in the bathroom is clean but a bit out dated.
