Pros:

Great place to stay and great set up units. Very clean and well maintained. We have stayed with this accommodate 4 different times and they are our favourite in Devonport.

2nd time we have stayed there. Like the facilities, location and privacy.
Pros:

Tranquil position, nice grounds, river views and walks. Spacious rooms with the ability to have a second bedroom if needed. Easy access to the city of Devonport and to the main highway. Good washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

Could provide the option of a light blanket for the bed as the thick doona was too hot. Some coat hangers for the robe would have been handy. Dont like exhaust fans in bathroom that run every time you turn the light on.

Lovely spot and great room
Pros:

Great spot by the river, room was huge and very comfy. Bathroom was massive

Cons:

I thought there was a washer and dryer in each room and there is certainly room for both in the massive bathroom but I must have read that wrong on the site. It just meant we were annoying other rooms going back & forth to the laundry late at night
