Pros:

Excellent staff, worth mentioning are the cleaning staff and the dining room staff. I especially wanted to praise the reception staff who went above and beyond to ensure that I got a room that I liked and did everything to solve any problem I had.

קבלת פנים יבשה וגסה,
דלת הכניסה ישנה ובלויה,
הלובי קריר מאוד,
צוות הקבלה לא ידידותי ולא מועיל, החדרים ישנים,
ריחות לא נעימים בחדר האמבטיה,
הספא ישן והרבה מתקנים לא מופעלים כולל הג'קוזי הריק ממים !
גם יש סכנה בבריכה כולל אבנים חדים, הבת שלי נחתכה בכף הרגל מאבן השפה של הבריכה ודממה ואפילו פלסטר לא היה להם, אחר כך התברר שאין להם ערכת עזרה ראשונה !!!
