Zimmer schön aber der Rest lässt zu Wünschen übrig

Zimmer war schön, sauber und gemütlich.

Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
Nachdem das Zimmermädchen unser Zimmer gereinigt hat, fehlte ein Ohrring und Sachen lagen auf dem Boden. Sind dann zur Rezeption und haben den fehlenden Ohrring gemeldet. Die Frau an der Rezeption zeigte sich sehr uneinsichtig und glaubte uns nicht und zog die Sache ins Lächerliche. Sie meinte wir haben den Ohrring bestimmt selbst verlegt. Haben darauf bestanden dass im Staubsauger nachgeschaut wird da er vermutlich eingesaugt wurde. Nach vielem hin und her wurde endlich im Staubsauger nachgeschaut und natürlich war der Ohrring da drinnen. Leider war er verbogen, aber Entschädigung oder sonstiges bekamen wir nicht. Nach dem Vorfall kam plötzlich das Zimmermädchen unaufgefortdert in unser Zimmer obwohl wir drinnen waren und unsre Karte drinnen steckte. Sie hat einmal geklopft und kam dann einfach in unser Zimmer, meine Freundin wollte sich gerade umziehen. Sie wollte irgendeine Liste in unsrem Zimmer suchen. Das geht absolut gar nicht das einfach reinzukommen. Außerdem war das Zimmermädchen vormittag beim Reinigen immer sehr laut sodass man nicht mal ausschlafen konnte. Baustelle war auch gleich neben dem Hotel und sehr laut.

Great value for location - would come back!
Pros:

Great location, very easy to reach by Metro, bus, tram, as well as by foot. Good breakfast, good rooms, good temperature all around the hote.
Nice people at the reception and breakfast too, and before the trip I had to contact them with several questions and they replied fast and very kindly - would totally recommend and I'd try to book again in my next stay in Brussels
