Lovely hotel, fab staff
Pros:

Very clean hotel, staff were very nice and attentive. Rooms were very clean and shower was fab. Good location, 10 mins walk down the road to a ew bars, €8 in an Uber to main restaurant area.

Cons:

Rooms were a little warm, despite it not being hot outside. There was a noise at night , sounded like a ac unit from outside.

Beautiful room.
Pros:

The family suite was very spacious, so clean and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed another night.

Cons:

We chose to walk from Brussels Midi train station and we should have taken a taxi. That was our poor choice. So maybe I would say the location.

Bel hôtel, parfait pour une escapade à Bruxelles.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait. Très proche du centre ville dans un quartier sympa. Déplacement à pied ou un bus. Tres belle structure, moderne et confortable. Personnel d'une gentillesse remarquable.

Cons:

Rien à signaler. Un peu cher, peut-être.

dobra lokalizacja - blisko do centrum i możliwości zwiedzania
wyśmienite śniadania
hotel faktycznie w stylu skandynawskim (typowe hygge)

Cons:

SPA było nieczynne
mieliśmy problem z dostarczeniem łóżeczka dla dziecka 1 rok, ale ostatecznie się udało

Tout. L'hôtel est parfait, très joli, très bien décoré, très accueillant. Les chambres sont très lumineuses, jolies et propres. Le personnel est charmant. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 20 minutes à pied du centre et du Quartier européen.

Wind down after a busy day in this quiet and cozy hotel with a friendly and high-quality service
Pros:

I am a returning customer, so I knew my guest experience would be great! All members of staff are very friendly and diligent to respond to customers' requests. The quiet surroundings, yet not far away from the lively bars and restaurants of Ixelles offer you a good night's rest after a long (working) day.

Cons:

On arrival, I had to make an "offline" payment of almost 20% of the fee initially paid for my deal price on booking, for no particular reason other than "apparently the hotel has mistakenly booked less money off your card"; this is highly unusual.
For some unknown reason, my room was very hot and the air quite consumed, so I kept the window tilted during my entire stay. Also, there was a faint engine noise/vibration perceptible throughout my stay, that I had to get used too before sleep. The bed was too soft for my taste (but that's my personal preference, not the hotel's fault).
