Hôtel très bien, hormis le parking et le service « après vente »

Parking payant très étroit et une voiture d’un autre touriste a fait une gratte sur la voiture, nous attendons tjs un retour de l’hôtel par rapport au visionnage des caméras, cela fait un mois.

Niet brandveilig door blokkade bij vluchtroute

Locatie en ontbijt

Cons:

Brandtrap /deels gang bij de lift was geblokkeerd door een pallet en een rolcontainer met chips. We hebben dit zelf aan de kant getild.
Je moest buitenom door het donker naar een ander gedeelte daar ging de lift niet naar je kamer, je moest een trap extra nemen.
De kamer was groot maar we hadden geen derde bed nodig en de kamer was vreselijk warm. De mannen aan de receptie waren correct, maar gaven je zeker geen Hygge gevoel. Het was fijn geweest als er gevraagd was of alles naar tevredenheid was, een gemiste kans dus nu geschreven feedback op booking.

La situation dans une rue calme, proche du métro Louise, l'amabilité du personnel, la propreté des parties communes et de la chambre. Petit déjeuner buffet avec un grand choix de mets sucrés et salés.

Cons:

La petitesse de la chambre, une minuscule penderie avec 4 cintres, très exiguë pour 2 personnes.

Chaleureux et confortable
Pros:

Emplacement à proximité du centre de Bruxelles. Chambre familiale tout confort avec terrasse, climatisation. Avons séjourné 2 nuits. Accueil sympathique, facilement accessible.
