Pros:

Very near to all places that I needed to visit. Free drinks and snacks in the reception. Simple/minimalist amenities that are just right for your needs.

Cons:

No view from the window - roof of the next building is what I could see from my room. No adequate natural light during the day, but I think this is very common in the design of houses/buildings in the area. Sound proofing could be improved as I woke up when it rained at night and I could hear the rain heating the roof/windows continuously and was unable to go back to sleep again due to the constant loud rain drops heating the surface even with the windows closed.

친절하시고 1층에 구비된 다과 및 음료들이 무료라 왔다갔다 이용하기 좋았어요.

Cons:

뜨거운물이 나오지 않아 말씀드리니 1시간 정도 기다려 달라고 하셨고,
1시간뒤에도 고쳐지지않아, 따뜻한물이 나오는 빈방의 화장실에서 씻었습니다.
전화로 말씀드리다 1층 프론트에 직접 가서 말씀드리니 또 2시간을 기다려 달라고, 방법이 없다고 하셨는데, 저랑 통화하시던 직원이 찾나와서 빈방에서 씻게 해 주셨어요. 일단 다른방에서라도 씻게되어서 다행이였지만,
그 직원분이 아니였다면 씼지도 못 할뻔 했습니다.(2시간 더 기다려 달라고 했을때가 밤11시쯤(이미 1시간을 기다린 상태) 12월이라 도저히 찬물로 씼을 수 없었어요..

Ne viens pas dans cet hôtel si tu désires bien dormir et passer un bon moment mais bon emplacement et pas trop cher

Cons:

On entend tout dans la chambre : j’ai été réveillé plusieurs fois pendant la nuit par des gens qui parlaient dans le couloir comme s’ils étaient juste à côté de moi.
Lit qui bouge pas confortable
Odeur dans la salle de bain
Odeur de renfermer dans la chambre
Une petite fenêtre qui donne sur une cours presque pas de lumière de jour et pas aérée
Carte se désactive si tu l’as mets proches de ton tel

Close to sights
Pros:

Hotel was close to all of the sights-within a 8 minute walk. Restaurants, bars etc right around the corner. It made it a bit nosier at night, hotel was clean it looked like it could use some updating but it was a very reasonable price.

Cons:

A bit noisy outside with the bars, they like to empty all the bottles around 4 am!

muy buena, agradable, volvería, sin dudas

Las paredes son tan finas que al tomar una ducha alguien en la siguiente planta se escucha como si fuese en la tuya e igual con cualquier otro ruido , el personal fue muy amable y la tiene muy buena ubicación pero me hubiese gustado que ofrezcan alguna comida
