Lage bah an der Autobahn

Cons:

Hattrn ein Apartment, mit seperatem Schlafzimmer gebucht. Bekamen aber leider eins mit Bett in der Küche. Laut Rezeption gibt es keine anderen Zimmer.
Nach Beachwerde bei Booking bekamen wir ein Gutschein zum Buffer abends. Leider war das Abendessen nicht ausreichend warm gestellt

Sehr angenehmes ruhiges Apartmenthotel nahe Puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

Ich war schon das zweite Mal für eine Woche hier und habe mich wie beim ersten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Großes sehr sauberes Appartment, super geschlafen, schöner Pool. Ich mag sehr die Lage am Ortsrand mit Blick ins Grüne nach hinten raus. Wir sind viel Bus gefahren nach Puerto, Zugang zum wunderschönen Küstenwanderweg möglich. Frühstück sehr gut.
Personal ist super freundlich.

Cons:

Es müsste dringend eine 2. Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück vorhanden sein, man steht häufig in einer langen Schlange.
Die Couch im Appartment war schon relativ kaputt, die sollte man erneuern.
Abendessen ist in Ordnung, hatte ich aber vom letzten Mal etwas besser in Erinnerung.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war traumhaft, jeden Tag gab es neues zu probieren. Ich war im Frühstückshimmel! Der Ort liegt gut, ideal für Ausflüge in sämtliche Richtungen. Die ganze Anlage und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Die Idee auf die tägliche Reinigung zu verzichten und dafür ein Wasser zu bekommen fand ich auch toll.

Cons:

Es wäre gut wenn der Pool längere Öffnungszeiten hätte. Um 10 ist man schon unterwegs und um 18 Uhr noch nicht zurück. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war leider auch meistens sehr schwierig.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das kleine Dorf ist eher ein typischer kanarischer Ort und nicht einer dieser touri
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war nicht nur ein Zimmer sondern eine kleine Wohnung mit ausgestatteter Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer und kleiner Terrasse. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch gab es eine Waschgelegenheit, was für aktive Sportler eine sehr gute Sache ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität.
Die Gärten und die Pool Umgebung sind gepflegt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer Tipps. Der Fahrradkeller ist sicher und zweckmässig.

Cons:

Obwohl das Zimmer eine kleine Wohnung ist, hat es zu wenig Schränke etc. um Kleidung zu versorgen. Auch ein grösserer Nachttisch wäre angenehm.

Im Zimmer war es etwas kalt. Eine Heizung wäre super. Aber das Wetter war wohl das schlechteste seit 30 Jahren.

Great staff, very helpful. No heating but staff gave us nice portable heater.
