I came all the way from the us and stayed here during my time in Tel Aviv, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! the receptionist's are the best! The service is great! the the place is clean, there are always clean towels, free coffee, there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop and a rooftop hangout area, the place is clean and I can honestly say I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! Thank you for my making my stay so amazing!

9 for location, 4 for the accommodation. Our double room was very small, with almost no space to place our luggage. It was also quite dirty, with a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed. The door to our tiny balcony was broken and wouldn’t close. Although someone came to clean the room after I complained, it was not what I expected to find. The online photos of the property are far from reality.

Basic and good hotel with everything you need. Close to the beach. Don’t expect to have any luxury. Not the hotel that’s shown on the photo.

I had to come in Israel on 14-22 of March,paid and booked a Dream Beach hotel for 8 days and was going to enjoy my jorney. For some reason airport security didn't allow me to come to Israel and I was compelled to cancel my trip and to cancel my booking in the hotel. After my appeal via email and Whats Up messenger nobody responded to me about refund from this hotel.I called them but a guy from reception told me not to call but to drop a message.I did that but nobody cares about anything there. I'm very upset about this situation that my money just gone for nothing and I even hadn't spent a single day there. There is an advice from me as a victim-customer : NEVER BOOK a Dream Beach hotel,because when it comes to a refund-THEY WILL IGNORE YOU!!! What a shame!

Staff were very helpful and location is excellent. Room had basics needed if with light luggage (there is limited storage space). Early check in was enabled, and hotel reached out to facilitate. However, there was a strange smell in the room - this was fixed the next day, but apparently this smell is not abnormal for a ground floor room due to the plumbing systems. Room is also a bit worn. There is not 24/7 reception as advertised - however, there is an emergency number to call in the night if any issues. The pool does not look great to swim in, I didn’t see anyone go in there, however since the beach is so close it is not an issue and people do use the rooftop for sunbathing.

Really gross, very dirty place, super noisy, couldn't recommend lowly enough. Customer service was incredibly limited and dealing with the owner was made impossible by them being in Miami and only sending unhelpful prompts via whatsapp intermittently

Price was good but hotel very shabby. room was very small and doors to bathroom and shower open only half way. Good thing I lost weight so I could sneak through. I only needed a place to sleep but would not stayed if I was accompanied by my wife. Description overstates what you get.

People: Art (front desk) and Siberian house keeper were nice and helpful. However carpet badly needs replacing.

.Hi everyone, usually I don't write bad reviews but this time was beyond the normality.
Lets start with the fact that there is no lift, there is hardly any light in the hall and in the rooms. there are big spots of God knows what on the sheets. The toilet is inside the room, divided by a glass door which you can see through. The floor is filthy and there is no closet in the room. there is one broken night table only on one side. Noise until 3:30 in the morning by slamming doors. The second and the last night in this horrible place we saw some prostitutes coming to "visit" there clientspimps who were at the entrance of the hotel. On top of it there is no pool, there is no spa!! the spa place is 4 buildings away and there is no car park!! When we wanted to check out the soon as we could 06:30 am there was nobody in the reception they just "closed" and went home, we had to call the guard who told us where to live the keys. SURREALISTIC place but it does exist!! So be aware ,be careful and run away!!!

Rooms are extra worn out. Duble rooms are incredibile small and junior suite is, in fact, a small double.
Personnel is very very nice and tries to compensate.
