Pros:

Мы остались очень довольны проживанием в отеле. Всё было чисто, уютно и комфортно. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Особенно хотелось бы поблагодарить менеджера Эрдем — очень внимательный, доброжелательный и профессиональный человек. Он помог нам со всеми вопросами и сделал наше пребывание ещё более приятным. Спасибо за отличный сервис! Обязательно вернёмся снова. ⭐️

For 55 eur per night for two, breakfest included, dont expect miracles :-)
Pros:

After we complain that heating is on high they offerd us other room.

Cons:

it was very hot in the room and there were no way to turn it down. In front of the window was three air condition units so opening window was not an option. Finally we close the window and turno on our air condition in January. Every morning it was so loud from above, we were on the 5th for and it was probably breakfest serving noise in 5 in the morning.

Dommage pour la salle de bain d’un autre âge et pas vérifier par Booking
Pros:

L’hôtel était très bien avant, c’est la quatrième fois. Le personnel était très agréable et le service très bien surtout à l’accueil avec Emre et Ferrat.
Repas très correct comme le petit déjeuner.
Merci pour votre gentillesse.
Je reviendrai.

Cons:

The room was smelling! very old decoration and too dirty! The wall papers were destroyed..the cup for the coffee was never cleaned or left just as the previous client had left it.. The cover of the mattress was never cleaned.. the boudoir also.. what to describe omg The breakfast also too dirty looking.. abandoned and tragic!! Everything cold and bad quality!! One of my worst experiences! And my friend’s room the same dirty and old.. as I compared in order to check if I was so unlucky or this was real.. Really it was a disgusting room I choose it because they offered transfer to the emitt exhibition but they asked me 20$ while boarding at the bus and the bus never returned at the exhibition to pick us!

Best things were:

1. The existence of the air-condition in the bed
2. The restaurant was built in front of a nice view.

Cons:

The sink in the shower place was bad, where the water stopped much time during of taking the shower

Okay overall..
Pros:

- The room size was decent
- Tram stop within a walking distance from the hotel

Overall, it was okay for 2 nights.

Cons:

- The bed was very uncomfortable
- The room needs to be vacuum cleaned
- Limited breakfast.. Also, both scrambled and boiled eggs had spices on top. Would've been nice to have the spices on the side.
- The area is very busy and loud
