Podrían mejorar
Pros:

Tienen parqueo en las instalaciones, elemento difícil ya en la Antigua Guatemala. El personal muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

Olor a humedad en habitación, en baño no hay extractor de olores. La cama sonaba mucho al moverse levemente.

También en área de regadera, el agua se estanca, eso es algo que a mí me importa mucho y me decepcionó, son focos de contaminación y riesgo de hongos en los pies.

A beautiful hotel
Pros:

I had a great stay. Communication was amazing right from the moment I booked. Transport arrangements were very easy and convenient. And the hotel is quiet, clean, beautiful, and historic! It is a great hotel!
