Very unclean, would not recommend
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the tram stop being right out the front was also handy

Cons:

As soon as we checked in, the toilet was making a loud leaking sound which didn’t stop and kept us up during the night. When we turned the shower on, it gushed water out everywhere and almost flooded the bathroom. The shower head was basically hanging out of the roof. It had thick black mould in the grout of the shower. I called reception and they got right onto it. Maintenance came to look at both the shower and toilet. He was not very knowledgeable and didn’t really know what he was doing.
Neither issues were fixed.
I opened the drawer under the wardrobe, I was looking for extra pillows, I found that there was at least 8 used and very soiled towels in the drawer that clearly were not ours. Obviously house keeping are not doing their job properly.
The next morning I requested we moved rooms as I didn’t feel comfortable being in that room. The staff were very helpful and moved us into a different room. But sadly this room was not much better. The toilet made the same noise as the previous room. The bed sheet covering the bed base, was very stained with blood. Under the bed was very dirty, there was noodles and other rubbish. It was definitely not up to clean standards that the rooms should have been. Even though the staff were lovely, I will not be coming back due to the fact of it being an unhygienic environment. This is not the first time this has happened here, I have stayed here previously and had similar issues with the room not being clean. I should not have given a second chance.

Pros:

Das Hotel Vibe Docklands liegt in direkter Nähe zum Victoria Harbour und bis zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle (Verbindung in die Innenstadt) sind es nur wenige Meter. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es sich bei den Docklands um ein relativ neues Stadtviertel handelt. Die gegenüber dem Hotel liegende Shopping Mall war wenig besucht. Die Auswahl der Restaurants in direkter Nähe war begrenzt. Allerdings ist das Essen im Hotelrestaurant zu empfehlen. Frühstück in Buffet-Form und umfangreich. Großer Pool, leider in einer sehr zugigen Lage, Zimmer und Service gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Restaurant. Tische sehr klebrig.

All round it was okay but not up to the standards expected for the price.
Pros:

It was close to shops and had a tram right outside.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t overly clean and the curtains didn’t close all the way.
The front desk people were lovely but we did have to call 3 times throughout the day to get towels, which was disappointing.

Cons:

The steam sauna wasn’t working. Our room wasn’t cleaned even though housekeeping was nearby when we returned around 2pm. The basin design didn’t drain the water & suds. There were only 2 English breakfast teabags even though we were staying 2 nights.

Not the best wont stay again
Pros:

My requests were made on arrival, there was one friendly staff member that greeted me on arrival.

Cons:

The property is not clean, when I arrived I had to request for the hotel room to be cleaned properly. It felt dirty.
Ripped bedding, dust, floors not mopped. The second day my room wasn't made, I enquired why and they said cleaners only come every 3 days unless you leave the notice on the door - no one informed me of this. It just felt very gross!
