On arrival we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness
We were upgraded to a water view which was amazing.
Breakfast was tasty, but very busy (too be expected). Kitchen were struggling to keep up to refill items that were running out so the wait was a little long.

A little out the way
Room was tidy. Comfortable beds. Shower had good pressure. Pool was lovely and easy to use with plenty of towels available. Buffett breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice to satisfy everyone.
Great spot for one or two nights stay.great spot to catch trams into CBD.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t what we had hoped for. The room felt quite small, and the bed placement made the entrance awkward to navigate. My son caught his toe on the tiled entry, resulting in what may be a fractured toe.
For the price, I don’t feel the accommodation represented good value. The breakfast was acceptable but didn’t compare with the quality offered by other properties in the area. We had also expected a king room but were disappointed to find it was made up of two small single beds. My car couldn’t fit in the car park and although included in my room I paid another $89 For extra parking. When I asked the check in staff member the height restrictions he didn’t know.
Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend these rooms for families with children, particularly due to the limited space and layout.
The environment and ambience
The worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life …I am a genius level 3 in booking.com and it was stated that breakfast was free for us but when I clarified with this hotel they said that it does apply to international rate …we booked the hotel for stay on the 7/7/26 specifically requested for 2 baby cots and we reached on 8/7/26 at 3am with 3 kids ( newborn and toddler) and no baby cot was inside the room , furthermore phone line inside the room was not even working and the front desk person are missing most of the time …we were promised a free breakfast by Mr Josh and my husband spoke to the general manager Mr Arthur as well to confirm regarding the breakfast and when my husband called again to double confirm the breakfast for then next day since we were going to check out the next day and the manager on duty Ella was so bloody rude to my husband and she said there is no breakfast and we had to pay and when my husband confronted and said he was promised a breakfast by the GM and the staff earlier she just hang up the call and when he went down to speak to her she told him that she doesn’t have to entertain his attitude which is rude of her being a manager on duty and shame on her that the hotel has even employed a person that does not have basic decency like this to handle customers in their hotel and worst still the general manager was defending and supporting her and blamed my husband for allegedly raising his voice and asking about the breakfast multiple times . Arthur promised to investigate this further and promised to give me a call today but as expected I did not receive any call at all from him and obviously after this review his comment will be we are sorry you had to go through this etc …the hotel will only go bankrupt with indecent staffs and irresponsible staffs and managers like this …worst hotel to stay ever
