Great place for a staycay!

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Dated and dirty on level 11 public areas and room. Vibe hotels usually have a high standard. The staff were amazing and presented well.

Staff at the reception they were very arrogant,we said good morning and he didn't even said good morning, he gave us a second parking ticket we asked what it was for we got a short answer it will work, we got a room for a wheelchair but we booked a different room the water cooker was leaking water everywhere and the phone wasn't working overall the only good thing was the bed and it was clean,your room will be finished at 3pm and need to be put by 11am, your parking is in a parking garage in the shopping centre so be prepared to walk fir awhile never again there are better hotels in Melbourne
