There was no microwave, no cutlery, and no water in the room. The TV turn on then turn off all the time…It was very inconvenient.

Pros:

The Vibe, is in a great location. 15 minute Tram ride into the city. Tram stop is right out front and very easy to use. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff were able accommodate our request.

Pros:

Perfect location, amenities were very close everything is in walking distance.
Staff were excellent, we had a room with some faults reception were very prompt in relocating us in another room thank you Ella , breakfast was nice.

Will stay again but won’t eat there.
Pros:

Location, comfy bed.

Cons:

Pillows too hard. Ordered hot breakfast but by the time the single staff member got around to serving us, the food was cold. One person doing everything. Not fair on her. Should be more staff on duty.

Fgreat place, good value and friendly staff
Pros:

Josh in reception was very friendly, helped with all my needs and questions. The value for money when i booked it was great and the upgrade in room defintely made it very good.

Cons:

The shower although was very clean, the rain head just did not do a great job. Small issue but the only reason i said 9 out of 10 and not a perfect 10

Very Disappointed. Will not return.

Location was amazing, will definitely stay in this area again. Upgraded room & bday chocolates.

Cons:

The breakfast was completely disappointing. Was advertised as buffet breakfast, it wasn’t because of “winter” you were only allowed to order 1 breakfast item, coffee was an additional cost, and juice dispensers were broken. The hours advertised were also incorrect. The quality was bad, inconsistent every morning, over cooked bacon and tough, and full of rocket (I love rocket but was half a bag on each plate). Would advise to get breakfast elsewhere. Room service unavailable at hours advertised, wanted to order lunch and was unavailable. I chose this hotel because of the breakfast/room service advertised, would have stayed somewhere else. The steam room is dirty and worn down, tiles broken on the seating area, with some on the floor where they remained for at least two days. Unfortunately will not be returning.

Pros:

The pool would be great in summer. There is a good amount of room in the double queen rooms, we love the location close enough to the city and shopping centres, without all the husle and bustle. Close to Marvel stadium for the footy. Great restaurants in the area also.

Cons:

Little things like our TV didn't work, locks on the bathroom didn't work only one shower head worked. Our bathroom could have been cleaner. The lighting is a little dark in the room.

The room is always clean and inviting. Staff lovely.

Cons:

wait at counter for check in about 5pm. 4 in front of me. The bar lady came from kitchen and it was happy hr and we had to tell her how to serve drinks and she couldn't use POS very well. charged full price. Just accepted it and walked away. i have ben a l0ng time lover of y our facility too.
