Door didnt lock/close properly unless we fully slammed it.
Great location
Close to Marvel where l was going. The front staff were quick to check us in as it was very busy.
The sauna wasn’t working

It was very noisy and was filthy. I don’t think the carpet has ever been cleaned. The lighting was terrible, it was very dark even with all the lights on.
Queen bed excellent. Swimming pool excellent. Breakfast excellent.
Saturday the room was not serviced. We contacted desk and new towels etc provided.

The parking is hard to find. Our bathroom was dirty had not been cleaned. Pink soap scum on floor of shower and mould everywhere. No body wash in shower, however there was body lotion in there. No soap! Very disappointing for the price.
