The hotel was really good however they only supplied 2 pillows not sure but overall it is a great hotel that I would recommend in Melbourne .
Easy access into city using the tram services and the pool/gym facilities at the resort were nice. Comfy bed and great room service from the vibe storehouse!
The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned fully, the side wall was covered in what looked like soap marks from the last guest and mold growing around the grout. Shower heads were completely clean however which gave me some peace of mind.

We had parking included which was great. When in Melbourne just caught trams everywhere and left the car in the carpark around 500 metres away in "The District". Decent view overlooking the pool area. Lots of cheaper brekky options across the road in "The District"
No Sofa in the room despite it being mentioned in the description. Only one wine glass in the cupboard and only one teaspoon. Instant coffee was a bit ordinary. No freezer section in the small in room fridge.

Big shock at the arrival, there is a trick, the advertising showing that there is free parking with the booking so Myself and my family ( brother's family and parents) which three cars drive from Sydney to Melbourne.
Then at the reception they told us sorry the Parking is not onsite its 10 min walking in the shopping center which was hard for my parents to Walk back and forth multiple times everyday.
The room wasn't clean, the bathroom was moldy with black mold especially the shower area.
Then the room service was so bad, not cleaning the room properly, and noticed they are doing it every three days which we weren't aware of.
One day I tiped the cleaner with 20 dollars and she promised me to clean the room but she didn't.
Honestly it was a bad experience for us and I will never come back to this hotel ever.
