Nice but unsatisfactory

Great location

Cons:

It seemed liked the staff were unaware we were there. The room was nice but was missing many amenities. We had a 2 night stay & on the 1st morning a staff member told us that we had to check out? She was confused. There was no house keeping and our room service dishes were left outside for the entirety of our stay. We had to ask for clean towels, more toilet paper. Disappointed in the lack of service.

Pros:

Close to shopping dockland shopping center and lots of food options. Tram station just outside the hotel is convenient as well

Pros:

Réserve en catastrophe en arrivant à l aéroport à Melbourne , le choix était bien . Du côté des docks , pas très loin à pied de la yarra . Merci à la dame du petit déjeuner pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse !

I made a booking for me and my kids in 3 rooms all good, but the o ly thing i can say bad is the pillow literally one pillow and wasn't comfortable for sleep hope nex time is better

The spa was cold when we stayed this time. Also the bed sheets had holes in them, the bin had not been emptied and the air con was not working properly in the hotel or the bedroom. It was very hot and sticky and uncomfortable

Great location at Docklands and our room had a lovely view.

Cons:

Reception staff not very warm or welcoming at check in. They couldn't provide correct parking validation ticket information or answer questions about the arcade game in the waiting area. Our bed was missing the valance so just exposed mattress base, made the room feel cheap, there was a tear in our flat sheet too. No amenities in the bathroom. Had to order them view room service and first order never arrived.
Steam room wasnt working, pool area insanely windy so we didn't enjoy the swimming my kids had looked forward too. By the looks of it, it's always so windy in the pool area so might be a location thing?! We didn't feel this was at all value for money and didn't meet our expectations at all.

The stuff were welcoming the location and value for money as well as a great breakfast.

Cons:

I've stayed a number of times at vibe docklands this was the 1st time I've seen it not as clean, some areas dirty which makes a huge difference it's a mood changer.
