Потрясающий сервис, отель как всегда прекрасен, удобен, в столь холодное время ( было -22) теплые, даже жаркие номера. Температура в номерах , при необходимости,регулируется, если совсем жарко можно открыть окно.. Пол в ванной теплый. Идеально чисто, везде присутствует запах отеля, который остаётся в памяти. При заезде комплиментарный чай, сладости, очень оценили. Три телевизора в номере. Спа тоже прекрасный.

В целом на троечку, от ожидания.
Pros:

Интерьер ок

Cons:

Телевизор в ванной не имеет достаточной громкости, его не слышно.
Бассейн очень маленький и не глубокий, в Wyndham намного лучше.
Влажная Парная хамам не работала, персонал не был настроен решать оперативно.
В номере очень холодно, устанавливали два доп обогревателя. Напольные конвекторы не дают тепло.
Смесители для раковин установлены слишком близко к краю, ошибка дизайнера скорее всего, вода вся проливается на края раковины, с ванной такая же история.
