Расположение достаточно удобное.
1. При входе в отель не встретил персонал, так как я приехал на автомобиле-не открыли двери при заезде, не взяли сумки.
2. Номер который был забронирован с балконом, не был готов, и разместили в другом номере, недостаточно удобный.
3. Были проблемы с кондиционированием, вызвал мастера, в конечном итоге, так никто и не пришел.
4. Очень не понравилось обслуживание в ресторане, а так же были проблемы с заказом еды в номер. На самом деле очень смешная ситуация, позвонили в сервис обслуживания номеров и сказали, что с ресторана нельзя заказать еду в номер, но связавшись с рестораном напрямую, все принесли. Честно говоря не понял почему так произошло…
5. Были проблемы с ТВ. Очень удивило и что странно для такого отеля, нет YouTube, и проблемы с интернетом.

Спа зона, а именно зона бассейна! Дети, очень шумно нужно ввести ограничение по возрасту либо посещение по времени, кричат, шумят, прыгают в бассейн со спасательными кругами. Отсутствует персонал, что бы сделать замечание.
Шикарный отель, большой номер, хорошая спа зона.

Номер пришли убрать только в 15:30 после того как я позвонила.
Система кондиционирования работала плохо в нашем номере и очень сильно шумела.
У сейфа сели батарейки, приходил мастер.
На завтраке подают ужасный лосось, который ни как нельзя подавать в 5звезд отеле.
