Absolutely everything about this hotel was amazing. The decor..the staff.. the valet. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Where is my refund
Pros:

The room was nice and the location was good.

Cons:

I am upset that they double charged me for my room and after 2 phone calls I have not been reimbursed. Booking.com charged me and then they charged me again. So I have paid double for this room and no one is willing to help me get my money back.

Front desk staff was great, room service wasn’t good. We had a late check out which was at 12 and room service wanted us out at 11. Other than that it was good.

Amazing
Pros:

I'm going to say that the best part of our stay was the staff. A big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially Elizabeth, who went out of their way to treat us to nothing but the best service! We also want to give a big shout out to the front desk and the bar, they also went out of their way to show us a great time during our stay.
I would love the opportunity to stay there again.

A beautiful, comfortable stay during a very special family celebration — we would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

We stayed here for my sister-in-law’s wedding and it was the perfect place for our family. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable during such a special time for our family

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great staff!
Pros:

Tanya, at the front desk, was so welcoming and accommodating. She represents the hotel very well. We were dissatisfied with our first room and she was proactive and customer-service oriented, and quickly found us a better room.
