I'm going to say that the best part of our stay was the staff. A big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially Elizabeth, who went out of their way to treat us to nothing but the best service! We also want to give a big shout out to the front desk and the bar, they also went out of their way to show us a great time during our stay.
I would love the opportunity to stay there again.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We stayed here for my sister-in-law’s wedding and it was the perfect place for our family. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable during such a special time for our family
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Location
No pool
Tanya, at the front desk, was so welcoming and accommodating. She represents the hotel very well. We were dissatisfied with our first room and she was proactive and customer-service oriented, and quickly found us a better room.
Everything was great
Not a thing I can think of, wonderful stay for us
Great stay !! Located very close to the Rockwell office and also some very nice eating joints !! Great view from the room and very nice hospitality as well.
I will stay at this property again when I return back to Milwaukee
The Westin is literally attached to the same building as my office via a skywalk, so could not be better in terms of location for me. For those wanting to vist Summerfest or the lakefront it is also perfect.
This is my first time staying in a Westin, so not sure what the baseline is. It is priced higher than other Marriott properties in Downtown Milwaukee, and quite honestly not sure it lives up to its price.
The check-in process went quickly, but the girl initially gave me a super boring room on the 3rd floor looking directly into the skywalk, so anyone walking past could see into the room. As a gold member I expected a little better, and went to ask her about it - to her credit, she found me a much nicer room on the 6th floor, but with the same layout.
The room was fresh and clean. Bathroom had too few towels though and for some reason no liners in the bins?! Almost no pressure from the sink taps, but OK pressure from the shower. The stone floor felt cold on my feet.
Other than that the room was great. Comfortable bed, TV with decent settop box. The writing desk was perhaps a little narrow so there was barely enough room for my laptop. Breakfast was not included and expensive, so I skipped it.
It looked like a cozy bar, with soft dim lighting but I never tried it this time. For the rate I paid, this was a 3 star experience, otherwise it would have been 4.
We stayed here due to the close proximity to the summerfest grounds. The area around the hotel felt safe, all the staff was friendly, three rooms were modern and clean. It also smelled very nice throughout the whole hotel. We will definitely stay here again because of its great location and amenities. We wish we could've tried the restaurant, but it was booked solid. Next time
Very good. Lots of choices but a little pricey
Great location, and Alexis made the check-in process quick and easy—that was definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
I was really disappointed in how far the Westin brand has slipped. The room was not clean, with furniture that looked worn down and dirty. It felt like no pride was taken in maintaining even basic standards. The photos say it all.
I wouldn’t stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that are both cleaner and more affordable.
Rudest hotel staff I have ever encountered. There is no point in calling the front desk as you’ll just be left on hold for an hour
Staff was the worst!
Ontbijt
Kamer was verouderd. Niet helemaal schoon. Andere kamer gevraagd.
Locatie niet geweldig.
Parkeren kan overal. Valet service duur, niet nodig. Garage om de hoek.
Terrible elevator situation. 3 elevators for the hotel. We waited at least 5 minutes twice and the stairs take you down to an emergency exit door.
