During our stay we called down for extra sheets. We waited an hour and a half then at that point had fallen asleep. We woke up to the staff walking into our room and turning our lights on. It was horrible and almost 11pm. With no apology either. Additionally the room was not cleaned well. Garbage, used ear buds, and more by the beds and side tables. The shower and bathroom were not cleaned well too. Additionally there were marks on the headboard which was strange. For the price was not worth it at all and would not stay ever again or reccommend.

the best breakfast I have had in ages! perfectly cooked and so delicious. All 8 of us ordered a version of it. Fast Elevators! Some hotels take forever these were awesome.

The front desk staff jasmine was great friendly welcoming. It was very clean I have stayed at the westin in miami and chicago and this experince was just as great. Very clean.

Where is my refund
Pros:

The room was nice and the location was good.

Cons:

I am upset that they double charged me for my room and after 2 phone calls I have not been reimbursed. Booking.com charged me and then they charged me again. So I have paid double for this room and no one is willing to help me get my money back.

Amazing
Pros:

I'm going to say that the best part of our stay was the staff. A big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially Elizabeth, who went out of their way to treat us to nothing but the best service! We also want to give a big shout out to the front desk and the bar, they also went out of their way to show us a great time during our stay.
I would love the opportunity to stay there again.
