An ideal stop during a road trip in the Scottish Highlands.
Pros:

The location is perfect—right by the lake and incredibly picturesque, with beautifully renovated and cozy apartments.

Cons:

One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing. We were able to hear the footsteps from the apartment above and the doors closing, which was occasionally noticeable.

This was a short break to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Pros:

Room clean and very quiet. Breakfast and dinner were good. Close to town centre and public transport.

Cosy and comfortable
Pros:

The room is comfortable (especially the bed) and well equipped.
The staff is very professional and welcoming.
Ideally located near, but not in, the center with a nice view on the Loch Ness.
Plenty of parking space.

Cons:

It could be better sound insulated. In particular we can distinctly hear the shower from next room; almost like a waterfall…

Very nice room
Pros:

Hotel nice, room was beautiful. Bathroom fantastic and beds lovely.

Cons:

Be early for breakfast, we arrived 3/4 hour before end and most things had run out and staff reluctant to refresh so choice was pretty poor. If worried about waste should cook to order.

Good location, plenty of parking spaces when we stayed.
The room was decent sized and comfy modern bathroom.
Breakfast was good not a huge choice but more than enough.
Staff were friendly all round good stay.

Cons:

Tv in bedroom continually lost signal not a big issue for us but might annoy some guests.

Pros:

All the receptionists were extremely lovely, especially the lady who checked us in. Room was extremely clean and well stocked.

Cons:

No takeaways were permitted, (ive got to hotels late before, with that being my only option for food so I found this weird, and a deal breaker).
The owner or manager kept having what looked like meetings in hotel public places, which made me feel awkward as they stared as I went to and from my room. TV was extremely dated, couldnt stream or ping up from phone, not massive deal breaker but I need the background noise to sleep.
