Pleasant surprise
Pros:

Very clean, good options to control temperature through heaters and windows. Comfortable shower and good smelling bathroom products. Small coffee/tea set hidden in the closet. Breakfast was good with gluten free cornflakes and bread. Few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. "Downtown" definitely make a reservation for dinner because we went without one and had a hard time.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee was not great and the selection of fruit could be better but we still got enough food for a good start into the day so we did not mind it too much.

Cons:

Un poco caótico el desayuno en hora punta, pues las máquinas de café, zumo y tostadora de pan estaban todas en un sitio demasiado cercano.

Pros:

Lovely lobby & bar area. Anastasia a treasure, so hospitable. Karina served us requested hot tea while we waited for our room to be readied. All staff were pleasant & attentive at breakfast.

El mejor alojamiento
Pros:

El hotel me encantó. No le puedo poner nada malo sinceramente. Desde la ubicación, hasta el trato, el servicio y las instalaciones, todo es perfecto para poder elegirlo.
