I ended up getting a refund on this room and booking at a better hotel. This was a 3 day trip for us
Pros:

The bellhop Dereck C. Was very helpful with assisting myself and our son with our luggage especially since we had to switch rooms. The room was terrible but the service was good, he was very willing to assist. The manager Sean was more than willing to offer a discount once I shared how unhappy I was with my room.

Cons:

The pictures on the website are exaggerated, they look amazing on line and when you get to the actual room it’s a big disappointment. The carpet on the hotel floors were dingy, for example; I wore white socks to the hotel and by the tine i took a couple of steps and the soles of my socks were black. Someone’s false lash was stuck on the carpet which lets me know the floors weren’t even vacuumed. Lastly the sink was stained, as expensive as the hotel bill was, I expect the cleanliness to match that.

Great first time stay at the NOPSI.
Pros:

The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. The bed comfortable and everything about the room was clean and tidy. The lifts were fast and we never had to wait long. We had one dinner in the hotel restaurant which was nice. Location was excellent as were the staff.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker but it would be nice to have an elevated table for 2 suitcases instead of having them on the floor.

This was a special trip to New Orleans as a family. I booked 3 rooms,for 3 nights for my family, my room was extremely disappointing with a view of a brick wall and the room smelled very musty. I requested another room given the same side of the building not the best but a higher floor so above the brick wall. When we checked in no welcome from reception staff, we felt like an inconvenience. Presented with a free voucher for a drink at the bar for 2 people, we were 3 adults in the room. I asked for another voucher I was told that is not policy but she would make an exception. We decided to use the hotel restaurant , for a meal, however I would not recommend it, food options are limited.

Wonderful stay, beautiful hotel, perfect location
Pros:

This is our go to hotel. It’s clean, beautiful and central but not in the middle of crazy.

Cons:

There was a little mix up the morning leaving with valet but to be fair it was very busy.

Pros:

Sean at front desk was absoluting amazing. He made sure I had a wonderful birthday. He's very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dex was their when Sean was off. He's just as accommodating. My family and I enjoyed all the recommendations given by these two. My rating is absolutely EXCELLENT!!!
