It was very close to everything and great location
Great location, extremely comfortable bed and very good air con. Great base to explore New Orleans.
Hotel furnishings are a little outdated and it could have been cleaner in parts of the room.
Location good staff very nice
No coffee making facilities in the room resort fees so unfair
NOPSI is absolutely gorgeous. Amber is a stellar valet. So very helpful.
My stay is always great but this time the room had a strong smell. It made me nauseous the entire night. I let the bellman know and he suggested I let them know at the front desk and that I should have said something when I checked in. The bellman, Dereck, was extremely helpful and courteous. The man at the front desk never looked up to make eye contact with me or bother acknowledging my concern after letting him know about the odor in the room. This was the reason I did not want to say anything because I figured they would be rude. The bellman apologized sincerely for his behavior. His apology and kind words is the reason I will be returning.
Front desk service of Dex, Tabi , Iyana provided exceptional customer service to me . I also watched them do this to other guest . These three sound be commended . They represent the NOPSI New Orleans hotel with Courtesy , Professionalism ! Well done !!
Location
The entire stay and experience sucked. I had high expectations for my stay at the NOPSI Hotel, but unfortunately, it turned into one inconvenience after another.
Upon check-in, we were assigned Room 602, where the carpet was soaking wet and the entire room smelled like damp carpet and feet. The manager apologized, assured us he would make things right, and stated that we would receive a $100 credit for the inconvenience.
We were then moved to Room 202, only to discover it had not even been cleaned. After returning to the front desk again, we were finally placed in Room 301. We stayed there one night, but the following morning the toilet would not flush. As we were leaving to start our day, the front desk recommended that we move rooms immediately rather than wait until later because another room might not be available. So, instead of enjoying our morning, we had to pack up yet again and relocate to Room 528.
While we were out, I also noticed an unexpected $40 charge on my card. When I asked about it, I was told it was an “audit” related to valet. Then, at checkout, our bill was approximately $200 higher than it should have been. Rather than receiving the promised $100 credit for our troubles, we had actually been charged a $100 “customer resolution” fee, and the credit had never been applied. Only after requesting a manager was the invoice finally corrected.
While I appreciate that the staff eventually resolved the billing errors, the constant room changes, maintenance issues, unexpected charges, and billing mistakes made what should have been a relaxing stay incredibly frustrating. Spending a significant portion of a trip dealing with room problems and front desk issues is not the experience I expected from a hotel of this caliber. I sincerely hope improvements are made to quality control and guest service so future guests don’t have to experience the same level of inconvenience.
Staff excellent

Workers are great! Nice people
The room was nothing like we saw at the pictures. We paid for view and we didn’t get it. And the room was smelly. Strong humidity smell in our room. Carpet looks old and the ac vent had mold.
Very clean and beautiful.
No complaints
Derrick the bell man was amazing and kind and even walked me up to my room to look for missing items!
Derek at the concierge desk was great. He was so attentive to our needs and helped me get my bags inside my room without even me asking him. Kevin was also also amazing he was so sweet and helpful. Overall staff was great. Alexis at the front was amazing as well. She was sooooo accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
Fabulous hotel. We will stay here again. Front desk staff was very nice. The bellhop Dereck was so nice and helpful. Extremely polite.
