Lovely hotel not too far from anywhere you might want to go.
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful, clean & comfortable. Staff were amazing, particularly the porters who went above & beyond to get us our airport ride after the desk kept telling us the one we ordered with them was coming in 5 mins even an hour later. The pool bar & barman was great. Good location if you want to be a little away from the noise.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was a great stay.

Overall, a wonderful stay in a great location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. We were first put in a room that had a strong musty/moisture smell but when we spoke with the lady at the front desk, she took care of it immediately and gave us a different room, and an upgrade to boot. The room we had was beautiful with no bad smells.

Cons:

The pool area is a little dated and the cushions are in need of repair.

What I didn’t like that I only had 1 wash towel with 2 guest in the room but I called the front desk & they took care of the issue thanks once again..

Hotel was fine not exceptional.
Pros:

We like to try out boutique hotels like NOPSI. We travel with a pet so did not get to use other parts of the facility such as the restaurant.

Cons:

The location. We needed to be in NOLA for the day but don't like New Orleans in general. Streets are dirty, homeless in doorways, no grass to speak of. Park near city hall was fenced, gated and locked mid-morning on a weekday. Why? Appears to be a dysfunctional city.
Oddly, to get a refrigerator in the room you have to request one in advance even though we booked a suite. It clearly says that in the description of the room on the website but I missed it. One could not be provide until the next day but we were only staying one night.

First Time in NOLA
Pros:

First time in New Orleans for work and the Nopsi was amazing! Walking distance to everything but still in a quiet area. Hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Loved the Public Service Bar and the Rooftop Bar. What really set the Nopsi apart though was the service. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Dex and Dereck! They were both so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back again!
