Horrible stay elsewhere
Pros:

It is located in a good spot

Cons:

The bed was so old and uncomfortable I was in so much pain than when they moved us finally the ac didn’t work

Front desk seemed uncaring
Pros:

Great location. Very nice rooftop. Clean. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Had to hunt down the front desk girl multiple times. She sent me to the wrong room initially and never apologized...the bellman had to page her which I greatly appreciated. Props to her

New Orleans inhalieren
Pros:

Das Ambiente des Hotels ist wunderschön, das Rooftop mit der Bar und das aus gezeichnete Frühstück bei Jazzmusik. Die Nähe zum Frenchquarter wo die Partymeilen sehr gut zu erreichen waren.

Great location, good service and well maintained rooms
Pros:

We loved the location, the room, the restaurant, and off peak room rate was favulous.

Cons:

Most of the front desk people were great, there was one that was not particularly friendly. But overall great service.

Not a great start...
Pros:

Lobby

Cons:

Reception staff were not great. Were told our room would be ready between 2-4 wasnt ready by 4. Asked how long it would take and got told when they were done. Not great. Least welcoming staff we've encountered except for gentleman who helped with our luggage. Also, window faced a brick wall😔
