Very nice hotel but cleaning could be improved
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and is very nice inside, the rooftop pool and bar were excellent!

Cons:

It’s a bit messy and dirty for a 5 star hotel, when we checked in there was dirty linens outside our door in the hallway. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after after our 2nd night because it hadn’t been cleaned yet during our stay. We stayed for 4 nights in total and our room was only cleaned once, not really what you expected for a 5 star hotel.

Lovely hotel , friendly staff
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Nopsi. It has a lovely bar both in the reception and roof top with good service.
The room was large with the added benefit of a fridge and lovely bathroom.
Staff were friendly and welcoming
Some restaurants nearby if you wanted a quiet evening and didn’t want to brave bourban st.

Cons:

It is a bit further from the French quarter than expected and there were a lot of homeless on the way although the area around the hotel is ok

It was okay. The food was NOT that great even the dessert was terrible and OVERPRICED!

The staff was absent most the time. I had a lot of things that didn’t work in my room such as lights. And on the last day they made my tv stop working until leaving like wow.

Great quality hotel in a good location.
Pros:

location was great, just far enough away from the French quarter to be quiet, close enough to walk to when you wanted to join the madness. Roof top pool a nice option to have if the weather plays ball.

Cons:

Nothing really, everything was vey good.
