The hotel was lovely & clean. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The location was ideal & we enjoyed the roof top views of the city.
As it was a pay breakfast it was as good as ordered or expected

El sitio está bien ubicado a lar puertas del barrio francés. La recepcionista que llevaba un colgante que ponía 1989 fue muy amable al resolver dudas y compensar los problemas en la estancia.
Llegamos y nos dijeron que habían cancelado nuestra reserva sin habernos avisado ni nada por un problema con la tarjeta. Y luego dijeron que nos hacían un favor reactivándola. Nos compensaron a la salida, pero no ahí que parecía que les debíamos algo cuando fue un error suyo. La cama era muy blanda y las almohadas también. El precio no incluye desayuno. Bueno, está bien, pero desde luego no es un 5 estrellas como pone Booking. El precio del parking una pasada.
Rooftop area was really good. The staff that worked at the rooftop bar were excellent.
The check in was a complete nightmare. The staff were some of the most unhelpful I’ve ever come across, at no point did they try and ease the situation it was horrific customer service. Luckily after an hour on the phone at our expense, it was sorted and it turned out the reason we were given for a difficult check in, wasn’t the reason at all, once they got an email from booking. I’ve travelled a lot like many people have, I’ve always used booking and I’ve never had any problems at all until this hotel.
On top of this we organised to buy an extra night as we had a late flight so we could get a shower before heading to the airport. A hotel like this not offering a shower room as courtesy is also poor. We were quoted a price by the same lady who checked us in (ironic) and everything agreed. The day after when it came to extending the stay in one of our rooms, we got told nothing had been actioned and the price had now changed to almost $90 dollars more. This staff member at least apologised and blamed the original staff member saying she should have actioned it straight away but didn’t, it just proves how unorganised they are.
It affected the whole stay but this was just ground floor staff, all other staff were helpful and polite and the location is great. It easy to work out for anyone reading this from the hotel the staff member in question, she needs retraining at the very least.
Hotel was “luxurious” according to our two teenaged granddaughters. Staff was excellent — courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our whole stay was a delight.

My stay at NOPSI Hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail of the property reflects quality, elegance, and the unique charm of New Orleans.
The food and beverage experience was phenomenal. Every meal was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was second to none. From the lobby to the rooftop, the sights, sounds, smells, and overall vibe created an unforgettable experience.
What truly set this stay apart was the staff. I would like to give special recognition to Sean, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Sean went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
I would also like to recognize Darrien, Head of Security, for his professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality. Darrien was always visible, approachable, and contributed greatly to the safe and welcoming environment that made our stay so enjoyable.
The rooftop was one of the highlights of our trip. The views, ambiance, service, and overall experience were absolutely amazing. It quickly became one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the city.
From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. NOPSI delivered exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, beautiful accommodations, and first-class service.
I highly recommend NOPSI Hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans and look forward to returning in the future.

Checking in was quick and easy. Then we were sent to our rooms.
Soft pillows and blankets fully stocked towels plus extra blanket and pillow for just in case moments.
All amenities were welcoming and didn’t feel over crowded, awkward to get into or smelt bad it was almost too good to be true. Traveling with family can be hard sometimes noise wise but the walls are so thick I don’t even think thoughts pass through lol! So noise level was almost extinct! Sean recommended a few close by places to check out as well as the onsite amenities. Honestly if it wasn’t for Sean we might not have fully checked in because he made us feel at home even though home for us is Texas. With us having a big family we did want our room cleaned everyday of our stay and as long as we put the marker outside our door when we got back our rooms were spotless. If only this was a resort! Other than that worth every buck. Affordable, family friendly and luxurious what else can you ask for?! 10/10 highly recommend , THANKS SEAN!
This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The rooms were comfortable, the common areas were spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that guests felt welcome. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and it was refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares. I’ll definitely be back.
My first experience was a great one. This was my first time there. Sean greeted us with a smile along with the person at the door! After that, things were never better!! Sean made sure that everyone knew who we were which made us feel special!!! The room was absolutely amazing and gorgeous I might add 😊 All staff were very helpful! Food was good the next morning at breakfast!! Now for the one negative; the coffee pot did not work but we didn’t call for another one so it truly was our fault. Thank you Sean and NOPSI staff!!! Great experience 🙌🏾
