Palace Casino Resort

We had a nice stay. Hoping to visit soon again. Although bathrooms can be improved but overall its a 9/10. Shoutout to Grace for making our stay comfortable.

Spent one night, hotel was fine, no problem with room.
Was required to place a credit card on file with them, no problem, as this happens with any hotel. A $100 pending charge was placed on the card, as expected. Sure, happens with every hotel.
Two days later the $100 charge appears as a real charge, despite using no services connected to the room. This is totally unacceptable. We called, found out that this is their "policy", and that it would be refunded at a later date.
There is NO EXCUSE for making this a real charge unless the guest has charges to the room.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Palace Casino! The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and that is just the beginning! The casino/resort is totally smoke free which is a HUGE plus for us! The casino host Michelle is the absolute BEST! The slot techs are always available and helpful….Ryan is always smiling and asking “are you still having fun”….love his positive attitude. All the girls serving free drinks and cocktails are delightful…..always walking around getting drinks for everyone with little to no waiting at all. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well suited. If you haven’t visited this casino before, please do yourself a favor and go soon!

I checked into the hotel right before 3am, because the casino closes from 3am to 8am. I was really surprised how nice the hotel was because the building itself looks pretty plain from the outside. The first thing I noticed about the room was the bench that's connected to the T.Vs stand that's also connected to a big beautiful mirror. The view I had when I opened the window was magnificent. I saw all the beauitful water of the gulf coast as well as some luxious yachts parked on the water. The bed was really comfortable and the lights connected to the headboard were really impressive. Housekeeping did a very good job with the cleaning of the room and the bathroom. The mirrors (which there are a lot of mirrors) were spotless as well. I will definitly come back to stay at the hotel.
I was more impressed with the hotel than the casino. The casino is really smalll, and there is no smoking, Guest have to go into a secluded room to smoke. Only good thing is the view from the smoking room. When you look out the door, all the beautiful water is there, and you can see the other casinos.

We booked a two night stay in Palace Resort Casino in Biloxi , in a room with jetted tub, but I never had this room! Front desk agent told me that this type of room was not reserved by Expedia, just a standard room! I showed her the reservation , but she told me that the hotel was sold out and they couldnt provide me the room that I booked! They offered to refund me if I decided not to stay! As we are seniors and my husband drove 4 Hours to Biloxi, we decided to stay one night and check out the following morning! The manager told me that we would be refounded, but it never happened!
The room was so dark, so faded, so decadent! Really depressing! A very tiny room! The hallway was so narrow! Very noisy! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed! The only good thing about it: very clean!

I would definitely stay here again.The rooms are huge,the staff are friendly and they don't skimp on the complimentary drinks and it's non smoking,big bonus

The Room service was great. The lady that cleans our room was wonderful. The bed very uncomfortable very hard.

Great bar staff at the Contact Sports Lounge , say hello to Shawna with the long black hair James and Jennifer too. Its like a local friendly bar .

Very quiet, felt very safe because even the elevators needed a key card to use. Security driving through all the parking areas put me at ease that my vehicle was going to be there in the morning. Every staff member that I asked a question gave me a thorough answer going above\beyond and letting me know of any 'local' places O should go to eat\shop. Very friendly staff.

Clean room, No microwave in rooms tho

The beds were hard but everything else was very nice. The entire staff were very friendly. We will be staying there again !
