It was terrible, the sheets were dirty, the staff tried to charge extra for breakfast, that i did not eat, and the bathroom had mold. Overall not clean at all
AC leaked, noisey thru out the night. Restaurant didn't have enough staff was allowing customers to order at the counter which prevented staff to take care of people sitting to give there order.

Nice, well-maintained property by the water in Subic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Khanna, the owner, is a hands-on type of manager who can be seen in the property doing various work and chores and always greeting guests with a friendly smile.
The bathrooms are in disrepair. The bathtub/shower was so high that they provided a plastic step stool to get in and out, very unsafe no grab bars to hold onto. Our door lock was also jammed and my husband was trapped inside. . Need more help.
Very dirty room. Not worth staying. Fridge and AC not working. No towel in the bathroom. The 500 charge for the lost plastic key is too much. Please don’t include this property in Expedia.
Subic park has very nice staff and the pool is a great place to hang out with friends and have a drink.
Hotel has been renovated and is very nice, area is a great location as well with the exception of the whole strip being farther away from the city in a more run-down area as a whole. Perfect if you just want to escape and be in a quieter hotel to relax!
Was noisy during the night it’s close to pubs and restaurants while they playing loud music
the property need a big renovation.
We were accommodated by the front desk staff immediately but I just hope that the staff at the restaurant will be mored focus on his job. Some of our orders were served late. Perhaps, because there was an event at the time. But overall the hotel experienced was ok.
Property shouldn’t be be rated as 3!stars, bathroom was really old. They charge for extra towels. The property itself was very old. It shouldn’t be on your list.
The Subic Park hotel is staffed by very friendly and courteous people. My family and I enjoyed our stay along with local attractions

I had booked a family room with two beds but only got a room with one bed.
Also, no slippers provided as was advertised!
