My third time in this hotel
Pros:

I love this business hotel for work. A perfect breakfast- very tasty. Huge choice of amenities, you can choose your pillow downstairs as well.
Staff mostly very friendly. Especially a girl (who is Korean) I can’t remember her name now. She speaks very good English and she is so helpful and friendly!

Cons:

The tool is very small and no Space to put things. But it’s a business hotel, it’s ok.

Convenient location for trains direct to airport.
Pros:

There are two laundry machines. That's good for those carrying light for two weeks tour

Cons:

There is no breakfast available and also blanket is a bit thin for me. I prefer those fluffy ones like futon or comforter type.

Pros:

Very clean, comfy little room with some complimentary goods like toothbrush, toothpaste, bath soap, etc. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Distance from the station was also less than a 5 minute walk, which is easy even in the rain. The breakfast also has a good bit of variety and some of the offerings change slightly from day-to-day; all you have to do is tell them your room number.

Happy withbmy choice
Pros:

A comfortable hotel, with everything i needed, in a perfect location.

Cons:

They had a choice of pillows, but they were all a type with pellets inside. Maybe add some with just foam or feather like fill.

地點好，山手線濱松町站出來往南找世界貿易中心的出口，此出口有電梯，步行約三分鐘內可抵達飯店，飯店格局規劃很好，兩個大行李都可以打開，飯店浴室配上非常高等級的蓮蓬頭，房間吸頂燈的光線也讓人感到舒適，一樓備品齊全，貼心到連漱口水、護手霜、面膜、各種入浴劑都準備，以後飛羽田機場必定回訪。

Pros:
