Location is very convenient, next to Hamamatsucho station!! Staff are nice and helpful!! Room and hotel very clean and comfortable !! Breakfast is very good !!

お風呂とトイレが別でお風呂は洗い場があり快適でした。
The room was more spacious than the other two rooms that I stayed in while I was in Tokyo. The sink is located outside the bathroom and the toilet had its own room and the shower/tub also had its own room which was nice. The distance to the daimon station and hamamatsucho was great! Both stations had elevators if you need it. I felt safe walking in the area at night and there were some food options that opened a bit late even though they aren’t the best but at least it’s there. You can also get free sheet mask for your face and scented bath salts for your bath. It was very quiet and I never ran into anyone on my floor. I had a great view of the city which I liked. I enjoyed the tv right in front of the bed.
The floor in front of my door had hairs when I checked in .. they may need to be better about vacuuming. The pillow I got from the pillow bar smelled like cigarettes. I got another one the next day but it still smelled a little of cigarettes.

Good room, with sofa and a queen size bed, good separate toilet and shower room. Great location to take the monorail to Haneda Airport, very close to South Gate.
The staff should speak English a little bit better.
위치가 정말 좋습니다. 하마마쓰초 역과 다이몬 역 중간에 위치해서 어느 지역으로든 이용하기 편했습니다.
체크인 때도 직원들이 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨고 세탁기 사용 때 작은 문제도 곧바로 처리해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다.
객실 청소 상태도 좋았고 다른 객실의 소음도 잘 차단되어서 조용히 쉴 수 있었습니다.
일본 호텔 객실의 크기가 작다는 점은 이미 잘 알고 있지만, 이 호텔의 경우 화장실과 세면대, 샤워실이 전부 따로 분리된 구조라서 실제 사용 가능 면적이 조금 좁게 느껴졌습니다.

Staff was excellent, Customer Service VERY good. Everybody was polite, courteous, attentive and kind. Hotel's location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable although a little smaller than they appear online, good for one person but if two, would feel a bit crowded. Very clean and very comfortable though.
Breakfast. Food was good, selection of items was good but this felt like a limited breakfast for what you pay. When travelling I always book rooms with Breakfast Plan but in this case, I don't recommend it. Next time here, I would book room without Breakfast, pay less for the room & eat breakfast outside the hotel. Again - food was prepared well, it was delicious but too little for what I paid.
