ユニットバスではなく、風呂／トイレが別であるのは良い。

Cons:

風呂／トイレが別である弊害か、部屋が少し狭い。大型スーツケースは難しい。

Pros:

room was clean, ammenities were plenty and location was very strategic for commuting Tokyo on business meetings! Friendly staff helping to check in and clear help when needed getting around the area.

Cons:

The size of the room was a bit small for me, and the bathroom was very traditional, which is fine since it was clean and had a very good shower. However I need a bit more space to move.

Location is great and the stuff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, if you have a large suitcase there's literally nowhere to open it unless you put it on the bed or in front of the bathroom, in which case you block both - the bathroom and the room door.

勝手な要望ですが、出張規程で１泊朝食付16,500円が上限なので、常にその料金内だと毎回（年15回程度）利用できます。
