My partner and I stayed here for 17 days and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start each day with a good variety of choices that shifted each day. Housekeeping was great and amenities provided were decent and covered all bases.
The location is perfect for not being in a busy tourist heavy area as just a short train ride to ikebukuro would get you onto any train you needed. Theres plenty of food, coffee and necessities in the same block. The train station is basically across the road and theres also a bus service nearby that takes you to narita/haneda airport so you dont have to travel with luggage on the trains. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

江の島から来て和光市練馬区などのホテルに泊まってましたが東横インは初めてでした。
病院へ通院のため和光市練馬区のもう10年毎月泊まるためいろいろ回りました。
なぜか今回が初めての東横インという点が不思議でした。
泊まってみてわかりました。
部屋がツインルームでも他のホテルの半分の広さしかなくトイレ、バス、洗面台もユニットで狭かったです。
この窮屈感に夫婦共々とても疲れました。
初めて利用して今まで泊まらなかった理由が分かったのは勉強になりました。

The staff was a bit quiet and could be more welcoming.
朝食付きにしたのですが時間的に難しく残念でしたが横目で見る限りは美味しそうだなと感じました。
食べてる姿も周りから丸見えな感じで解放感があると言えますが苦手な人も居るかもしれないと思いました。
