Affordable and comfortable for solo travel
Pros:

The staff here are very friendly, and are extremely helpful in fulfilling my requests!

The room is also clean!

The hotel is near the station, if you exit from the South exit.

It is also pretty affordable, considering Uguisudani is close to Ueno and Akihabara.

Cons:

The room is extremely small, making it hard to put down any large luggage for packing, so I’ll only recommend this hotel for those solo travelers who are traveling light!

位置附近超多超市便利商店吃東西也方便
地鐵（入谷地鐵站較遠JR鶯谷站較近）都有電梯可以使用

Pros:

La ubicación al lado de la estación Uguisudani de JR y que hay de todo para comer en la zona.
El personal bien y la habitación si bien chica tenía todo. El hotel como buen business tiene lavandería, vending machine y desayuno.

Cons:

Las camas son una PIEDRA, es como dormir en el piso. Y lo peor es el desayuno, de 6.30 a 9 pero a las 8 o quizá antes ya no tienen NADA. Una mañana llegué a las 7.45 y tenían 3 cositas y ya casi terminadas. Les pedí aunque sea algo de pan y me dijeron el famoso "sold out". Cómo no van a calcular lo mínimo para poder desayunar bien hasta las 9? Asíque tengan en cuenta q en mi caso de 7 noches que estuve, 5 días tuve que desayunar afuera.
