Cons:

公式サイトから以外では東横インのカードを使えないと言われた。しかし、カード制作時のそのような説明をうけていない。ホテルマンの態度も横柄。

La ubicación es excelente, destaco la amabilidad de todo el personal. Nos tuvieron paciencia no hablando inglés ni japones.

Cons:

La cama nos resultó incomoda, se sentía muy dura pero seguramente sea un tema de costumbre.

Awesome location with easy access to Hirosaki Station and a quick commute to Hirosaki Castle.
Pros:

I really liked the location. The free lockers in the lobby was a very nice touch as many people were likely leaving their bags at the lobby early before check-in time. The free coffee was quite convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast options were decent, but the space was a little tight once many people started sitting down. The rooms had enough space for two people, but Booking.com only gave me options for one person per room, so my parents had to split up for the night as they each had a room booked for themselves, and the hotel could not change my reservation upon arrival.

Great location and very clean
Pros:

The free breakfast was excellent! The location was right next to the station which was very convenient. There were a lot of taxis lined up right in front of the station that can take us to Hirosaki Castle, which is the main attraction of the town

Pros:

お茶なども必要なだけ部屋に持っていけたのでよかった。
アメニティも化粧水、乳液、洗顔なども揃っていてよかった。

Cons:

宿泊の税金がよくわからず、説明があるとよかった。
