良かったと思います
Pros:

無料の朝食が有った事とスタッフさんの対応が親切で柔軟な対応をして下さり良かったです。

Cons:

室内用にペットボトルの水がサービスで有ると嬉しかったですが無かったのが少し残念でした。

フロント女性スタッフは皆さん素晴らしい！
Pros:

フロントスタッフの女性陣は応対も笑顔も皆さん良いです。
朝食のおにぎりは「どうせコンビニおにぎり程度くらいだろうな」と期待してませんでしたが、ほんとにお米が美味しいし具が大きかった。

Cons:

良くないまではいかないが、フロントスタッフの若い男性は機械的な感じで、女性スタッフが皆さん感じが良い分目立ってしまった。
また、清掃スタッフのおばちゃんが愛想なかったです。まぁ無愛想ではないのでセーフですが。

十分満足です
Pros:

お部屋やベットも想像よりゆったりできて快適でした

Cons:

喫煙部屋しかなかったので仕方なかったのですが、やはり入室時はタバコ臭かったです。

朝食の無料サービスが嬉しかった！美味しかった！

朝食がとても良かったです。

Cons:

喫煙の部屋しか取れなくて事前に匂いがあまりないようにお願いしてましたが　やはり臭いがきになりました。後、ポットがあるといいなぁと思いました。(部屋にあったものは時間がかかるしあまり量が入らなくて何度も沸かした)

良いところもあったのにフロントのスタッフで台無しに…
Pros:

壁に設置してる大きな鏡とは別にメイク用の置き鏡があるのはとても嬉しかったです。（他のビジネスホテルは中々置いてないので）
あと、朝食のおにぎりが色んな種類があってめっちゃ美味しかった！具も真ん中までしっかり入ってて最高でした！

Cons:

枕がベッドの大きさの割に小さすぎる…頭を乗せるとペチャンコになってめっちゃ肩凝りました…
せめて同じ枕をあともう一つ置いてくれていたらなぁと思いました。

若い女性のスタッフが少し不親切に感じました。
チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたいと思ってロッカーを見ると空きがなかったのでフロントで声をかけたら「基本ロッカーでお願いしてるんですけどね〜」と言いながらロッカーの横にある紐タイプの所をダルそうに探して「ここどうぞ」と案内されましたが、初めて利用する客はそんな所に紐で施錠するタイプがあるなんてわからないし、私の後に同じようにフロントで声かけた別の人には札を渡してフロントで預かってたのもとても腹が立ちました。フロントでも預かることが出来るならそうして欲しかったし、ロッカー横の所を案内するならもっと気持ちよく案内してほしかったです。
チェックイン前に荷物を預けに来た時も同じ女性スタッフだったのですが新人に教えながら予約確認して結構時間がかかったのに一言も謝らず…結構口調もキツイ感じで本当に残念でした。
フロントはホテルの顔だと思うので接客の教育をもう少し考えてほしいです。
