良かったです。
Pros:

初めて東横インを利用させて頂きましたが、朝食のおにぎりの種類があって、美味しかったです。

Cons:

宿泊した部屋だけかもしれませんが、バスル~ムのシャワ~ヘッドが水を出すと固定されずに左に動くので、少し困りました。

朝食の衛生面に疑問があります

清潔で快適でした。

Cons:

子どもとの宿泊でしたが、アメニティが1人分だったので確認したら、｢別途料金がかかります｣との事でした。歯ブラシを準備できてなかったので、フロント前で｢歯ブラシもってきてないね、どうしようか、買いに行く？｣と会話して、部屋に行きました。
部屋から、歯ブラシだけでも追加できるか確認したところ、｢歯ブラシは無料です｣との事。
明らかに私達の会話が聞こえていたはずなのに、
なぜそこで教えてくれなかったのかな、と不親切に思えました。
朝食はおにぎりで、厨房の中が見えていました。
手袋をしておにぎりを作っていましたが、途中ご飯が余ったのか、手袋をしたまま自分のマスクをずらして、ご飯を口の中に入れました。
その後は手袋も替えることなく、またマスクを戻して水道でさっと流してパッパッと手をはらっておにぎり作りを続けていました。
感染症が問題になっているこの時代に、それを良しとしているのか、働いている人の意識を疑いました。
正直気持ち悪かったです。
