Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Multiple reviews repeatedly praise cleanliness (“清潔感あり”, “とても清潔でした”, “清潔でした”, “Rất tốt và sạch sẽ”), indicating above-average housekeeping and room cleanliness.
Service
7
Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful (smiling, quick, attentive), but there is at least one strongly negative incident (rude male staff, lack of greeting) that lowers the overall service score.
Location
8.4
Often described as very convenient and station-front, central location with nearby restaurants, convenience store and good surrounding amenities.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and tidy (広くて清潔、ベッドが広い、very spacious), generally positive room quality and comfort.
Amenities
7
Basic amenities are appreciated (free coffee, newspaper, breakfast offerings), but some gaps noted (no cycle storage, lack of extra towel for a child), so amenities are satisfactory but not excellent.
Value for Money
9
Multiple guests comment on low price and good inclusion (breakfast included) — repeatedly described as great value and feeling like a bargain.
Food and Beverage
6.6
Breakfast is often praised for taste and variety, but there are recurring operational complaints: breakfast venue is cramped, lack of seating at peak times, some items missing or cold — overall mixed to below-average.
Overall Experience
6
Overall stays are largely positive (clean, convenient, good value) but significant negatives — crowded breakfast service issues and an upsetting staff interaction for one guest — pull the overall sentiment down to a mixed experience.
