Pros:

Breakfast is good. Price is a bargain. Big room

Cons:

Soundproof isn't okay. Can easily hear people talking on the hallway or closing the door. One young Japanese male can't understand that I wanted to borrow a scale to weigh luggage on 1/30 morning. he thought that I wanted to check out . When I didn't follow his instruction, he just rolled his eyes. Not a stereotype of Japanese service.

パンツ事件が無かったら最高でした

博多駅までバスがたくさん出て、良かった

Cons:

友達が洗濯機に入れた下着が上下盗まれた。防犯カメラも無いと言うし、ホテル側はどうすることも出来ないと言われた。防御策としてせめてダミーの防犯カメラでも置いてください。宿泊客の半分以上がアジアの海外の方なので、日本人の常識が通じないのはしょうがない。でも気持ち悪いです。こんなことが通常に起こってしまうホテルになってしまうのは悲しいです。

お約束通りのクオリティーでした。

東横インの設備やクオリティーはどこも差が無いところがいい。

Cons:

駅からちょっと遠く、無料送迎バスが運行しているのは良いが、昼頃に荷物を預けに行く際には運行がなく、中途半端な距離にため歩きで行くしかなかった。

Pros:

シャトルバスの送迎と家族的な感じがいい

Cons:

ホテル内には何も問題は無く
帰りのシャトルバスの運転手が荒っぽく、ドアが閉まる前に走行したり、お客様の大きいキャリーバッグなどの積み下ろしを手伝わない、今までそんな事は無く良い運転手だったが、たぶん新人の運転手だったと思う悪印象だった！

ビジネス　お仕事で博多宿泊は博多駅から時間合えば送迎があるので楽ちんです

機能は過不足なし。内観を客室内に置くのはやめてほしい

雖然第一天入住經驗不佳，但是第二天與第三天遇到的值班人員態度非常好，有平復一些心情

第一天入住，感覺到冷漠，值班人員對外籍客用翻譯機提出問題，雖然有回答，但是另一位人員似在看笑話一樣，發出笑聲，令人感到不舒服。
