Cons:

荷物を預けに行った際、22時チェックイン予定ですが何時に戻りますか？と聞かれた。
その際22時チェックイン等の設定では予約していないはずと伝えたら、それでは何時に戻りますかと確認や謝罪なく言われた。
これから利用する方は勝手にチェックイン時間を決められるので気をつけてください。

Pros:

Very conveniently located and that made it easy to catch my flight from Haneda. The room was really spacious.
