駅近で、目立つので迷うこともなく、スタッフさんもとても親切でした。
朝食もついていて嬉しかったです。

9時半にチェックアウトし、当日昼12時に忘れものを取りに伺いましたが廃棄したと言われました。冷蔵庫に入れておいた未開封且つ賞味期限前の御当地名物のパンです。東横INNでは、忘れ物のお土産が食品の場合は、即廃棄すると言う規定でもあるのでしょか。

スタッフの方の対応もとても気持ちが良く、とても快適に過ごすことができました。
朝食時、イベントなどで同じ時間に人が集中して混み合っていましたが、部屋に持ち帰りやすい持ち帰り用トレイやフタ付きのカップなども準備があり、席が空いていなくても、自分の食べたい時間に食べることができ、大変助かりました。
シャンプー、コンディショナーなどの使用感も良く、ドライヤーもしっかり風力のあるもので使い心地が良かったです。
大変お世話になりました、
また機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

コンサート終わりに宿泊しました。
バス降り場からすぐだったので、雨でも余裕でした。
朝食会場はフロントの横で、外から丸見えなので寝巻きでは無理かも、、、？
お弁当ボックスに詰めることもできたので部屋に持って帰って食べても良さそうでした！

距離掛川JR站約5-6分鐘步程，周邊沒有食肆，環境十分清靜，酒店新穎，房間整潔，提供免費早餐。步行往掛川雀鳥園都祗需15-20分鐘。

一般的なビジネスホテルなので部屋は狭いですが、料金が手頃で清潔感がありました。スタッフの対応もとても良く、快適に宿泊できました。

また、無料の朝食も思ったより悪くなかったです。ただし、ダブルベッドと記載されていましたが、実際にはセミダブルベッドのように感じました。
