もっと　非常時の訓練など　お客様の安全も　考えていない

20日 22時頃　火災のアナウンスあり　非常口の階段から1階を使用して　降りた
結局　多くの人がホテルの周りで　待っていたが　ロビーにも　人が多くいるのが　不審に思い　ロビーに行ってみたら　スタッフは1人もいなく　テーブルでは　ビール🍺を飲んでいる6人程もいて　火災報知器のボタンを押した形跡を見つけたので　勿論　煙など無く　ニオイも無かったので　スタッフのプライベートドアをノックしたら　中に　3人程の人がいて　誤操作で鳴っていて　その音の止め方が分からない！と言う
誤操作と分かったなら　まず　宿泊者に　説明すべきだ！と私が言ったら　1人のスタッフが　出て来たので　そのスタッフは　ロビーにいる人に　伝えてもらい　私が　外の人に　日本語と英語で　説明した
その後　私は　部屋へ戻ったが　スタッフからの謝罪の言葉など無く　TVの画面にのみ　謝罪の文章があるだけだった
非常時のスタッフの訓練が出来てない！

また佐賀市に行くときは利用したい
Pros:

駅からほぼ直結しており利便性が良い。朝食のサービス、特にご飯が自動的に装われる機械は清潔で良かった。

Cons:

朝食の会場が手狭で、フロントロビーと兼ねており別会場があるとベター。エレベーターの揺れが大きい
