チェックアウト時、並んでいたらすぐに対応してくれた。

Great location, superb breakfast, great value!
Pros:

Hotel is conveniently located to public transport and an easy subway ride to many of Tokyo’s popular locations. Our room was small but adequate, the beds were comfy. Breakfast was exceptionally good and cooked by qualified chef. We are looking forward to staying again.

Cons:

The checking in process was a little awkward but staff were helpful and attentive. Bathroom was rather small.
