京急青物横丁駅に隣接しているためとても便利な場所です。羽田空港行きの急行が停車する駅のため空港までは20分弱で到着します。空港行きの方にはお勧めです。

洗面台とお風呂場が下水臭くてびっくりしました。しばらく使っていない部屋だったのでしょうか？しばらく水を出していたら少しは良くなりましたが..
掃除が行き渡ってなく髪の毛も落ちていました
とても使い勝手が良い場所でもったいないなと感じました。

禁煙ルームがなく、喫煙ルームになりましたが、廊下を除いては、あまり気にならず過ごせました。
部屋が広く、かつ駅横なので、便利でした。
