Ok Hotel But Can be Improved
Pros:

Large hotel in a very good location in Matusmoto, the room was large and contained many facilities and services - everything you would need.

Cons:

The room was very cold and humid, to be at a good temperature the AC needed to be on all the time and the AC took long to heat up.
No smoking area in the entire hotel.
Free breakfast was poor.

近くの松本城やイオンモールへも行けて満足です。
Pros:

お部屋、シングル予約でしたが、ベット大きかったです。加湿器、ポットなど揃っていてよかった。
会社の出張の為、日程が決まっていたので、早割でお得に泊まれました。
朝食美味しかったです。2泊しましたが、メニューが違い、種類も多く、ご飯が美味しかったです。

Cons:

駐車場があり助かった反面、立体駐車場でしたので、朝は混雑してしまい、時間がかかってしまいました。
ベットのマット硬めでした。

Cons:

少し朝ご飯が寂しい。インバウンドも見込むのであれば、ベーコンやウインナーのような日本人もインバウンドも、取り込めて、かつどちらにとっても主食となりうるおかずを提供するとよいかもしれない。

総じて満足な時間を過ごせました。
Pros:

スタッフの方々の対応が丁寧で親切でした。初めてマイカーで訪問しましたが、パーキングへの誘導や入出庫の対応の速さなど、スタッフの皆様の対応が一番よい意味で印象に残るホテルでした。
今回は帰省で利用したのですが、同伴の家人は関西の生まれ育ちなので、特産品の野沢菜や山葵を取り入れた朝食をとても喜んで美味しいとたくさんいただいておりました。和洋中と選べるのも魅力的でした。

Cons:

バスタブが古くなってきているのか、底の面の汚れ染みが取れないらしく利用に躊躇してしまいました。
備え付けの加湿器や電気ケトルなども古くて、一応機能はしていたので「満足」ではあったものの、つい古さから汚れを気にしてしまいました。（実際には汚れていない状態だったことも併記しておきます）
