自社に戻っても、勧められない思いです。
Pros:

室内もコミニティーエリアも、バイキングの朝食も大変良かったです。

Cons:

21時5分頃、夕飯を食べて帰って来た際に受付の女性が一人で、明らかに客室のお客様からの問い合わせの電話ではなく、女性職員の会社の上司？先輩と電話中でした。
顧客優先ではなく、電話を優先させて電話が終わってから私の対応をしました。
電話を中断しても、20秒もかからない対応なのに、顧客サービスってわかってない受付の女性に失望した次第です。
