Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple guests repeatedly described rooms as very clean and well maintained; a few noted minor issues (e.g., occasional tobacco smell in one room), but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
6.8
Staff are often described as friendly and responsive, and 24-hour/front desk praised, but at least one reviewer reported a disappointing front-desk phone-handling incident that lowered the perceived consistency of service.
Location
8.6
Many guests commented the hotel is very close to the JR station and conveniently located with nearby restaurants — location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms and beds are described as comfortable and spacious with good views on higher floors; some minor negatives mentioned (drainage issues in toilet/wash area, occasional tobacco odor).
Amenities
6.6
Basic amenities generally available (bath tub size appreciated), but practical annoyances were reported: parking has height limits, ice machine is located in the dining area (can conflict with breakfast), and guests wanted slippers improvements.
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple guests highlighted low price, free breakfast and good cost performance; several said they'd happily rebook — strong value perception.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast buffet is frequently praised for variety and taste and free-for-guests, though some guests noted crowding at certain times, limited bread portions at once, and occasional access conflicts with the ice machine.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall sentiment is positive with repeat bookings, comfortable stays and good breakfast; a few service and minor facility issues temper an otherwise favorable experience.
