本部の温かみのあるスタンダードポリシーの不徹底
Pros:

朝食大変良い、客室良い、場所便利　全て良し。

Cons:

レセプションデスクの訓練・教育不足。また、東横インのスタンダード・ポリシーが欠落してはないか。宅配便も他店と違い長年のユーザーにとって不便となりわざわざ、戸外のコンビニまで行く事のなった。

何処も桜が綺麗でした🌸

駅近でお安く清潔感がありました。スタッフの皆さんの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

昨年の道路陥没事故の影響なのでしょうか、最初に部屋に入った時臭かったです。下水の臭いだと思いました。
換気扇オンにして少し窓も開けて空調点けると少し改善したように思います。ホテルのせいではありませんし、八潮市民の皆さんも大変でしょうが、早く元通りになるといいですね。

Pros:

部屋が広めで子供と3人ゆっくり泊まれた

ベッドの下がホコリまみれでした
小学生以下の子供ならベッドの下に潜り込むのは安易に想像出来ると思うのですが……
はいはいするような赤ちゃんなら埃まみれになっていたでしょう
それとアメニティにクシが置いてありませんでした

Most value and comfortable hotel near Tokyo
Pros:

This is my 2nd time stay at here. It is near to yashio station and the most value hotel that offer single room with private bathroom near tokyo. There is free tasty breakfast available and it definitely can provide you the energy you need to start the day. Surrounding is quiet and staff is very approachable. I send my luggage ahead to the hotel via takkyubin and they help to keep it until I checkin.
