good hotel near Tennoji station
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, easy access to train and subway stations, and lots of good food and shopping around it.

Hotel is comfortable, good air-conditioning in room and common places, all the amenities provided are clean and useful, like facial cleanser, lotion, etc.
Breakfast was tasty and with different varieties daily, coffee was good (and coffee remain available until midnight!).
Staff members are very helpful and friendly, always smiling. They can communicate well in English, and some of them in mandarin. Check in and out was easy.

We like that there are many laundry machines that worked well, washed clean and not expensive.

Would stay again in future.

Cons:

Bathroom shower water temperature was difficult to adjust. Water strength was great though.

good location hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Firstly, the location is really good, between Tennoji Station and Dobutsuen Mae subway lines, within walking distance to shinseikei and Tsutenkaku tower, and heaps of eating places!!
The hotel staff members are really friendly, helpful and always smiling, greeting you whenever you enter or leave, or along the corridor.
The breakfast is lovely, and water/coffee available till midnight (at level 2) is a really nice gesture.
Laundry machines are easy to use, and clean, inexpensive.
The room (15sqm) is spacious enough for 2 adults , with good amenities and clean towels.
We extended our check-out time for 2 hours (with a fee), and that's great for us.

Cons:

Shower water temperature was hard to adjust, wither too hot or too cold.

朝食が無料で食べられるといえのは、とてもありがたいです。

Cons:

お部屋のお掃除がエコといえことですが、5泊して、4泊目にお掃除してくれるといえのは、ちょっと疑問です。
中日にお掃除してほしいです。

第一次入住，住宿體驗很好，以後去大阪會是再入住第一選擇。
Pros:

位於新今宮、動物園前站跟天王寺站中間，機場往返交通還算方便。
大廳有櫃檯人員，入住退房是機器自己辦理，有問題時，櫃檯人員會協助處理，不怕沒辦法處理。

一樓大廳有免費自助置物櫃放行李及備品自行需要取用。
二樓有免費咖啡機、飲水機和製冰機可以使用。
有早餐免費，個人覺得好吃。
客房清潔和早餐服務人員都很友善且熱情。
房間整體很大，床是個人喜歡的軟硬度，浴室有淋浴和浴缸，馬桶是免治的不怕冷很棒。

飯店離通天閣、新世界、天王寺站和阿倍野購物中心商圈都很近，交通算很便利。

Cons:

隔音較為不好，房間(此次是入住低層樓)靠鐵道側，有電車和馬路車子經過的噪音，個人算是還可以接受的。
