安心まったり
Pros:

お弁当式の朝食は良かったです
お部屋でゆっくり食べれますし
急ぎの際は持っていけますし
ドリンクサービスもありがたいですし
また海外の方がほとんど対応されてましたが
完璧と言える日本語で聞きやすかったですし
何よりずっと笑顔で一人一人に丁寧に対応されてました
難しいと言われる日本語を沢山学んだのですね
習慣風習環境全く違う人がくるホテルですが
エレベーターでもお客様同士気遣いしあえたり
なんだかほっこりしました
また是非利用したいと思います
お世話様でした

Pros:

ウエルカムドリンクが充実していた。オリオンビールが良かった

Cons:

朝食会場について、団体客が多く席確保が厳しかった。また席数が少なく会場が狭すぎる。
部屋の扉を開けるとすぐにベッドの角があり出入りするのに隙間を通るような形になっている。ベッドの設置位置合っているのか？

Everyone is nice and friendly.
