Good value for money
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Tokyo - quiet area, close to the metro station, also cheap food options nearby. Serving Japanese breakfast. Everyday they have a bit different options - great way how to start your day in Tokyo especially if you are in Japan for the first time. Free coffee and water refills. The staff are really nice. The rooms are small but comfy.

The room where they serve breakfast is quite small and can get busy at certain times.

Pros:

バス停から徒歩5分程度で、便は悪くなかったです。

Cons:

スタッフもあまり笑顔はなく、淡々とされていて、なんとなく圧を感じる接客でした。あと、冷蔵庫に髪の毛があって、清潔感がなかったのが嫌でした。

Pros:

Le personnel est compétent et disponible. L'ensemble de l'établissement est très propre. Agréable de rentrer et pouvoir prendre à n'importe quelle heure gratuitement un café ou un verre d'eau. Midi et soir l'on peut apporter son repas de la supérette (proche de l'hôtel) et manger dans la salle où se trouve un micro-ondes. Machine à laver, séche linge et lessive sur place pour pas cher du tout. Et évidemment comme partout dans les rues des distributeurs de bouteilles d'eau, de jus de fruits et autres... Métro à 10 minutes.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de place pour mettre ses affaires tant dans la chambre que la salle de bain.
