スタッフが素晴らしい
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても素晴らしい
予約サイトでのトラブルも対応してくれ、ホテリエさん達には感謝しかありません。

Cons:

朝食会場席が少なく座れなかった事だけです。座れないのでお部屋持ち込み用の容器もありますと案内ありましたので良かったですです。

良かったです。
Pros:

むだを徹底して省いた清潔な明るい施設です。
去年より少しトーンが下がりましたが朝食時のスタッフさんの元気な挨拶に眠気が吹き飛びとても心地良いです。
物価高騰のおり工夫して朝食を無料で提供をしてくださって感謝です。

Pros:

Right next to the train station and even though it was raining a bit I was able to get close to the hotel until crossing the street. If you have an early morning train to take, it is a great place to stay for quick quiet sleep. Receptionists made the check in process very easy.

Cons:

部屋着がなかった。元々ないのかわからなかった。フロントのスタッフの数が少なく、電話応対をしていたので、ずーっと待っていた時間がもったいなかった。
