仕事で利用、よかったです
Pros:

スタッフが親切で感じがよかった
朝食の無料サービスがあって驚いた、美味しかったです

Cons:

室内の電気のスイッチがわかりにくく、消せなかった（朝分かった）
フリーWiFiの表示がロビーにしかなかったと思う（それ以外は気付かなかった）、室内のわかりやすいところに表示があるとよかった

かゆいところに手の届く素晴らしいホテル
Pros:

東横インにひさしぶりに宿泊したが、①食事の内容がグレードアップ、案内も行き届いている②ホテル内の観光案内や掲示物が整然と掲示してあり、聞きたいことの資料がすでにある③WiFiが部屋ごとに設置してあり、またメディアもスマホで自分が使用しているアプリがそのまま使用できて充実している④基本的にスタッフが笑顔で愛想がよい⑤そんなに新しいホテルではないのに、清潔で必要最低限のものがそろっている⑥京都市内のホテルにしては珍しく駐車場がある

Cons:

①ズボンプレッサーがホテル内に2台しかないらしい。なので使用したらフロントまで返却にいった②朝食スペースが狭い③部屋のバスタブの蛇口から出るお湯が温まるのに時間がかかる
