Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of the station from my window.
Easy and safe to walk around.
Close to everything you need. Decent walk to Okayama Castle.
Close to one of, if not best AEON Mall.

駅から近くてとても便利でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけたので、身軽に観光することができ、とても助かりました。フロントの方の対応もよく、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。
隣の部屋の方のいびきがすごくて、夜中目が覚めてしまったので、⭐︎ひとつだけ減らしました。ごめんなさい。

The location is great. The JR train station is just across the street, and lots of shops are in the station. The hotel's free, hot breakfast is wonderful and nutritious. My minor complaints are: The room decor is outdated and the bathroom sink drains a bit slow. But everything is well kept and clean. I love this hotel and keep coming back when I need to stay in Okayama.

It's very clean, basic but has all you need for a short stay.
The breakfast wasn't the best I had in Japan. Breakfast area It's not too comfortable when it gets crowded at peak times.

駅近で客室も機能的で言うことなし。スタッフも親切で朝食も付いていてコンビニ近でコスパ良し。
残念なのが部屋のスリッパ！ビニールカバー無しの使い捨て用を使い回ししているような感がありちょっと残念。ハンガーが手前にある分はみんなが使うためベタベタ。奥側は大丈夫。惜しい！要改善、期待しています。

Loved that it was 5 min walk from the station!
The area felt very safe although I wasnt out in the dark.
My room was on the 2nd floor facing the laneway ( which is where the entrance is).
I felt very safe as a single female.
The breakfast was very varied.
Staff were very pleasant and efficient.
The bed was very comfortable.
Highly recommend.
